When I was in Kiev 2 months ago, there were no less than a dozen new residential high rises going up. There is no telling how many of them are being back-door funded by U.S. taxpayers. Over 500 million in U.S. 'aid' was supposed to be used to rebuild infrastructure in Donbass.....yet not one red cent has been spent there. Ukrainians are good at making things disappear!

Just a few days ago I saw on TSN (ТСН) that for the first time in several years Ukrainian hospital performed an open heart surgery (or transplant, can’t remember details) in Donbass. All thanks to new medical equipment. Obviously the war zone doesn’t get much investment, but areas deeper into Ukraine definitely do.

You are being intellectually dishonest. Nobody is going to spend money on infrastructure in a war zone. Ukraine does invest into infrastructure in Donbass region, but not in the war zone. I hope you do realize that the Donbass region is bigger than the war.
Well apparently you are clueless since two of our U.S. taxpayer aid packages to Ukraine in the last few years was specific on where and what the money was supposed to be used for.....which is what I said.
