Us with the guns have decided you are wrong. Our guns are mightier than your pen. Too bad.

I disagree on legalizing heroin. I believe we need to enforce the laws and keep it out of the country to the best of our ability.

So we give up? Legalization of heroin is working well in Amsterdam, huh.

    Been to Amsterdam once.

Been to San Franshithole way to many times.

In Amsterdam you have to step over junkies on the sidewalk who ODed.

In San Franshithole you have to step over poop and hypodermic needles on the sidewalk.

So the answer to my question is, yes. You do want more heroin and crack addicts on the streets.

If it's this bad when it's illegal, imagine if it's legal. Enforcement of laws and execution of dealers.

At some point you're going to have to leave that utopian cacoon and view the world factually, not the way you want it to be.

In California marijuana is legal and possession or use of heroin, cocaine, meth, etc are no longer felonies under Jerry Brown's, Kamala Harris and the Democrats Proposition 47.

You can now in California sit in a park with a cop standing there watching you while you inject the "kiss of death" into your arm and the cop ain't going to do jack **** because it's only a minor misdemeanor treated as an infraction and knowing that the junkie will never see a day in court.

    Just released the other day.
In California 3/4 of all marijuana sales are done through using the pusherman on the streets.
It's cheaper and of higher quality than the stinkweed they are selling at the local weed store.

Medical marijuana is of Humboldt quality and extremely expensive.
So potent that it can't be smoked for socializing and you will never hear "don't bogart that joint my friend."

It takes the fun out of getting high.

As for myself, I don't smoke pot because I'm not going to surrender my Constitutional Rights like the Second Amendment just to get a kick.

During the 60's and 70's the majority who smoked pot was because it was against the law and you felt like you got away with breaking the law and it was a way to give the finger to the "man."

You meant to say ACLU. I'm sure the SPLC has identified the Philly PD as a hate group. They might pay for his defense attorney.

So what is the obvious answer. What does one of the so called "adults" say is the answer. You are all very good at saying what the problem ISN'T but offer little else in solutions.

Yep. San Francisco was once a great city. What happened? Liberalism.

    I concur...
San Francisco was or use to be the greatest city in the world.

The pretty girls use to wear flowers in their hair, and Hells Angels on Harleys kept the crime rate low.

But something very evil was going on across the bay in Berkeley.

Then one day this guy by the name of Ken Kesey and his "Merry Pranksters" challenged San Francisco Democratic politicians to take the "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test," .

Nobody saw it coming that San Francisco liberals and the great progressive experiment would turn San Fransico into San Franshithole.

As San Francisco goes...so goes California.

    As California goes...so goes America.

    "Strobe lights beam, creates dreams
    Walls move, minds to do

On a warm San Francisco night
Old child young child feel alright
On a warm San Francisco night
    Angels sing, leather wings
Jeans of blue, Harley Davisons too

On a warm San Francisco night
Old angels young angels feel alright
On a warm San Francisco night

I wasn't born there, perhaps I'll die there
There's no place left to go, San Francisco
    ..."

    Where's Robert ???
He seems to be MIA from the PF.
He remembers when San Francisco was the greatest city in the world.

Why would there be more - that didn't happen in Portugal. If people want they can get this stuff already. All criminalization does is put money into the pockets of the gangs. He didn't say legalize hard drugs .. he said he wanted the war to stop - a war which had as its goal not to stop drugs but to get the public to give Gov't more power and give up individual liberty... truth be told --- google it.

If you don't consider heroin a "hard drug", then what is?

IMHO a semi-auto rifle is not the ideal home defense weapon, but I will mention two examples of why I want one. Firstly there is the illegal gun confiscation performed by out-of-State law enforcement in the aftermath of Katrina. When that sort of thing happens as much firepower as possible is needed. Then there is the fact that the Government allows cartels and armed illegals to swarm over the border. The people who live along the border need as much firepower as possible for self defense.

I didn't see that post. I would say decriminalize not legalize ...I do consider heroin a hard drug. This does not change my main point with respect to the drug war - which was mostly against Pot btw.
