That’s illegal. Whoever posted that would be prosecuted. And the material of course would be taken down because it is illegal.
And the site can be prosecuted for enabling that user in posting that material and allowing it to be uploaded to their servers.
Unless I say I welcome all signs related to giving away food. I would be okay to refuse to host anything else, correct?
Without the legal protections (which you vehemently oppose) Parler would take the heat for it. Organizing violent riots is a no-no too, but that is what Parler was allowing under the protection of the laws until Amazon became the adult in the room and stopped it.
They are refusing to do business with Parler. That isn't "racketeering." It is well within their rights to do so. Your free speech does not entitle you to someone else's bullhorn. They are under no obligation to host Parler's site or promote it. Parler can use another hosting company or, if they can't find one, they can host it themselves.
No they would not. The violent riots from last year including the Capital Building were organized using Twitter, Facebook, ...
If McDonald and Burger King don't let Wendy's use their grill to cook their burger then they're colluding against Wendy's! Trumpist logic at its best!
When five businesses in which Parler relies on to stay in business dumps them at the same time that is collusion. That is illegal.
Clearly Google, Apple and Amazon are colluding and using intimidation tactics to silence conservative opposition to liberal policies.
I think they are trying to slow chatter that suggests shenanigans are afoot at all 50 state capitols, and the capitol in DC.
Parler deserves all the pain it gets. Amazon Web Services warned them back in November to put a stop to the violence on their forums or be cut off. They failed to act, their platform was used to organize a coup, a violent insurrection. Case Closed!
I think they are trying to slow (authorities want to reduce) chatter (internet discussions) that suggests shenanigans (negative/unwelcome activity) are afoot at all 50 state capitols, and the capitol in DC. (Each state has a capitol and we also have one in DC. They are the centers of government.) Does that help?
Long live censorship in the US of A!!! Liberty dies to thunderous applause and steady rationalization. Thank you Pro Line FL for the inspirational post.
