America has No Allies in a War with Iran!

There are plenty of other threads about the IMPOTUS's illegal action in Iraq killing the top Iranian general but none of them are dealing with the SITUATION that the IMPOTUS is FORCING us into.

From the outset the IMPOTUS has nefariously driven a WEDGE between us and our western allies.

The IMPOTUS ALIENATED all of the other EU nations involved in the Obama Iranian peace accord when he ARBITRARILY pulled out of it.

Iran is allied with Russia and China!

The IMPOTUS has started a Tariff War with China that we are LOSING!

When Iran RETALIATES for the murder of their general the incompetent IMPOTUS is going to declare a state of emergency and mobilize the military without Congress's approval.

The nation is NOT UNITED behind him and our allies will NOT join the IMPOTUS in his reckless warmongering.

Russia and China will provide Iran with ALL of the military aid and assistance they need!

Sun Tzu wrote his book about avoiding this kind of stupidity!

The IMPOTUS doesn't read...or listen...or think...he just EMOTES and REACTS on his emotions!

He MUST be REMOVED from office ASAP BEFORE we find ourselves in HIS WAR that we cannot win alone!

Yes, but Israel is as happy as a clam. Finally their efforts to have the US attack Iran has borne fruit.

 

Needless to say Israel won't lift a finger to help us just as it has failed to do so when it came to the Gulf War, the illegal invasion of Iraq and the Syrian conflict.

The USA has few allies, period. And if we were to stop foreign aid we would have not a single ally. The sooner we get out of the Mid East the better. Let the neighbors over there settle the problems or keep fighting and killing for another one thousand years.

While I can understand that if Israel DID ally itself with the USA in any ME war it would be instantly pounded into dust by every other nation in the region but it seems sheer STUPIDITY on our part to get embroiled in yet another ME war WITHOUT any allies.

Why would we go to war with Iran? They do not have the capability to attack us. They can make trouble with terrorist attacks around the world, but they were already doing that and apparently they were planning a big one.

What Trump did is risky. But inaction is also risky. Inaction tends to last a lot longer than action.

Short version. There is no right answer. No matter what we did, there would have been negative consequences.

I'm not concerned about Iran retaliating for the USA killing the general -- Iran has been retaliating against us for years and years. We need to do like Israel -- Stay out of the area but any attack on the USA or it's citizens and we will track down the bad guys and kill them.
