I disagree with the last part of your post...The second amendment is part of the US Constitution and the states should be subject to the same laws across the land when it comes to the second amendment. I would like to see a National CHL that is legal in all states and able to be standardized across the board...There should not be a 500 page book out there about the different gun laws in different states and even municipalities with different laws. BATF is a Federal Agency, it supervises the 4473 background checks, the laws should be the same.

The fact the Supreme Court refused to hear the case against Cali's BS "good cause" clause for gun ownership is wrong, very wrong.

It is a clear violation of the 2nd Amendment to demand private citizen with no felony records be denied a gun because they could prove a "good cause" for having one.
