The liberal/progressive side of our society seems to be on a hate binge. In the fervent assault on hate, it takes hate to a new level.

Having a "White nuclear families" have been declared a racist act.(**** University professor)

Leaving your home to your children when you die has been described as supporting "housing inequality".

Students at a college (Reed) are occupying the deans office, protesting "whitewashed" curriculum.

The DNC wants to hire a number of tech people- and has openly implied that White men shouldn't apply.

The George Washington Church in Alexandria Va. has a plaque on it's wall, noting that George Washington and his family sat in those very pews- and the church has bowed to pressure to remove the plaques so that people who say "but he owned slaves" won't be uncomfortable.

A professor at the university of Illinois alleges that teaching math- algebra, geometry- bolsters "white privilege" because those sciences were developed by white people- the ancient Greeks.

Statues all over are being removed because they remind someone that slavery existed.

This morning- the Pledge of Allegiance has come under attack for alleged support of bigotry.

This ludicrous obsession is spreading like a contagious mental disease. Most of this focuses on racial themes- primarily, that if you are white, you are a racist and a white supremacist. What is ironic is that such a premise is the very essence of racism- that your color makes you something regardless of your actions.

Political correctness? NO. These are the "New" Racists. They attempt to make black people find racial overtones in everything, cause them to "feel" oppressed by a nation that has bent over backwards in the effort to end racism. They attempt to make white people feel guilty or angry- again, to promote racism and conflict.

It;'s an attack on what is correct, period. And THAT is politically incorrect, a basic flaw in the argument. It is not only totally wrong, it is outrageous and hypocritical- deserving NO acceptance, and should be totally called out for what it is... an assault on the core values of America; an attempt to destroy it as well as to promote racism across the board. It is selective- for the purpose of fomenting conflict. .

While such people rant about the past and think re-writing history will change history- or the future- you can measure the validity of their cause by looking at what they do not pay attention to. Example-

All over the country, we have statues, parks and roads dedicated in the name of Martin Luther King. Hero?

According to a lot of credible reports, such as FBI agents, there is a problem here.

His name was really Micheal. He called himself Martin Luther to trade on the religious association to that name- but never legally changed to it.

After he was killed, a lot of research to his background was done, in part by the Universities who gave him diplomas; in part by his own documenting group "The Papers of Martin Luther King, Jr.". The doctoral thesis he submitted has so much plagiarized content that today his doctorate would be revoked. Another of King's theses, "Contemporary Continental Theology," written shortly after he entered Boston University, was largely stolen from a book by Walter Marshall Horton.

It was also discovered that King's famous I HAVE A DREAM speech was also not his own. He stole it from a sermon by Archibald Carey, a popular black preacher in the 1950's.

The man most responsible for the FBI's probe of King was Assistant Director William C. Sullivan. Sullivan describes himself as a liberal, and says that initially "I was one hundred per cent for King...because I saw him as an effective and badly needed leader for the Black people in their desire for civil rights." The probe of King not only confirmed their suspicions about King's Communist beliefs and associations, but it also revealed King to be a despicable hypocrite, an immoral degenerate, and a worthless charlatan.

Numerous recounts show that King favored wild all night sex parties with 2-3 prostitutes, which he frequently beat up. He was married with 4 children. It has been documented that at the Lorraine Motel where King stayed the night before he was shot that he spent his last night having sex with two women at the motel and physically beating and abusing a third.

Others show a disturbing association with communist organizations. King founded the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, or SCLC for short. The president of the SCLC was Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The vice-president of the SCLC was the Reverend Fred Shuttlesworth, who was also the president of an identified Communist front known as the Southern Conference Educational Fund, Money and influence changed hands regularly.

Now- this is all public information, widely available. Much more information is in federal files which are secret until 2027- protecting the legend from the truth, which so many seem willing to do anyway; choosing to trade truth for a false hero to worship. So- we have statues, roads, parks and holidays celebrating a figure extremely lacking in moral character as if he were heroic- and nobody want to remove those symbols, nobody wants to point out the fraud. THAT is hypocrisy.

Personally, I don't care about protecting the illusion- but when these people decide to create an illusion that is fundamentally both racist in nature and untrue- they cross the line. That is what is happening right now.

The nation's values are under attack from a domestic enemy, one that lacks honor, that lacks even a valid comprehension of what they are doing,. Obviously many are weak people who allow others to tell them how to think, but voices just the same. I think the time for tolerance of this is over. If you can't support the nation- work to improve it, rather than to destroy it- In my opinion, you do not deserve citizenship in it. You may wear the symbol, but you represent nothing.

I didn't like or practice racism when it was normal, and I don't like it now. STOP trying to bring it back.

Wasn't racist before or believed in white nationalism but I'm starting to think I should. Tribalism I guess.

I don't really understand this lengthy diatribe. Where is the 'attack' on the Pledge of Allegiance? And how would attacking that be an attack on the country?

All of the listed items can be verified in recent news, from a variety of sources bu googling them. The "Attack on the pledge of Allegiance" starts with a Waashington Post article, here:

A little drastic don't you think? Why not just divide up the states, some liberal, some conservative and a couple liberaltarian. Then after everybody agrees with each other and gets totally bored maybe they will realize they really had it pretty good.

The Pledge of Allegiance is nothing more that America's attempt at Blindly Jingoistic Nazi Youth Style INDOCTRINATION.

    The Pledge is a JOKE.

I loved it.. every morning.. I don't think its a joke at all.. I think its what school children do .. like the boy scout pledge. .. To ASPIRE to be good and smart and heroic.

Children should be inspired.. Didn't you read White Fang or Calico Captive or Captains Courageous?

I am confident you speak for the majority of Democratic Party elected officials, party officials and activists. Hatred of the USA and hoping to destroy our history, traditions and patriotism is the Democratic Party's loyalty acid test and the #1 party platform.

I'm guessing you didn't pay much attention to the text though. Just because the Nazis and fascists usurped the hand gesture doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the pledge. The second caption throws in "segregation in gov't schools". It's time we abolish them. Devos wants to free us of indoctrination. Support school choice.

While I agree these faux liberal people are crazy and destructive to this society, going after MLK is a bad idea, given what he stood for. This is as bad as what these faux liberals are trying to do and does you no good at all. There were myths, positive ones, about some of our founds, like GW, saying he could not tell a lie, that served a good purpose and example for the kids, just as there may be myths about MLK. I see nothing wrong with either if they promote some kind of goodness and positive principles. MLK is a bigger than life figure and very important to black people, and even white people who believe in right and wrong and that we all should be judged by our character and not the color of our skin or other superficial things. So, who cares if he borrowed from others?

So MLK stands for something very important, even if like all of us he was an imperfect human being. And he is an archetype and a very good one. So, best to leave him alone for it truly does smell of genuine racism, and I am not one to play the race card. I think this may be the first time in my life at 75 years of age.

Attacking someone like MLK is very bad judgment, given what he stood for and his importance in our history. He put his life on the line for what was good and right. And lost it while doing that.
