yes but he wasnt fist fighting the officers just resisting to be handcuffed , being under a influence of some drug for sure his eyes were dilated,
this doest mean rules should be broken by the officers they are train to sit on knee on the back then handcuff could of done this in the isle ,not play patty cake with him and strangle him

When the Taser prongs failed, they could have removed the expended cartridge, pulled up his shirt and applied the Taser through direct contact. They're built for that capability. I've seen it done. It works.

Notice that he was handled by 3 officers. He was handcuffed and removed unhurt. This is why police like to engage a disorderly suspect with overwhelming numbers. Safer for the officers, safer for the suspect.
