American Soldiers refuse orders to attack Syria!

The U.S. military is hesitant to embrace President Barack Obama's plan to launch a missile strike on Syria, current and former officers revealed in interviews.

Military officers ranging from captains to four-star generals said they are uneasy about a potential Syrian missile strike because it could have unintended consequences, such as turning attention away from their exit from Afghanistan, the Washington Post reported.

"I can't believe the president is even considering it," a young Army officer, who is wrapping up a yearlong tour overseas, told the Post under the condition of anonymity. "We have been fighting the last 10 years a counterinsurgency war. Syria has modern weaponry. We would have to retrain for a conventional war."

 

Unfortunately these soldiers will be severely punished (perhaps charged with treason) just for taking those pics and being in them while O'bumble goes merrily on his way.

 

I doubt it since there are no orders to attack Syria. This must be debated in Congress, and chances are, nothing will be done since nobody else is doing anything. I guess Syria is screwed and nobody cares.



Nope, guess I don't care. Middle Easterners should care and American taxpayer money should be spent here. Who cares if Middle Easterners have a penchant for gassing each other? Its a cultural thing, apparently.

American civil war killed 1 million people .

Syrian civil war has killed 100,000 and both sides have a weapons that are 10000 times better than those during American civil war.


Russian civil war killed 3 million at least

Congo civil war from 1990s till now has killed 5 million people. Why aren't Americans caring about the Congo's 5 million casualties. How many threats were made against Congo to stop genocide and how many tomahawk were launched? 0 ! Nobody cares. How many cared about Rwanda Genocide when almost 1.5 million died in less than a year!!!


There is no genocide in Syria. There is civil war, and it is wrong to get involved in other countries civil wars. Especially when there will be only limited missile attacks. It will make things worse. USA + Russia need to find a way to get a cease fire in Syria and find a way to get all the jihadis out of the country. How will that happen? I don't know. They not there for democracy and secularism. Only Syrian Army will be fighting them. USA is at war with al-qaeda, so they should attack al-qaeda bases in Syria. What Obama wants is to have US Military to serve as a protector of Al-qaeda and by weakening Syrian Army they will allow al-qaeda to advance in Syria. It is a huge blunder and catastrophe mistake!

 

Honestly. Obama has acted so far AGAINST the best interests of the US, I can't completely rule out his being a foreign agent sometimes. I can't think of a single reason we should get involved in the internal affairs of Syrupia, nor can I think of an upside or an exit strategy. And I wasn't too thrilled about Bush going into Iraq either.

This is even worse than Iraq. At least in Iraq the American Military was there to somehow control or manage the chaos. They could go after the rebels or the al-qaeda groups. In Syria USA will be targetting those who are going after the al-qaeda terrorists ! Really is awful.

 

Soldiers are allowed to refuse to fight before they enter the battle field.

The British Army was on the verge of Mutiny before Iraq. that is why the sexed up documents had to be rushed through.

 

Obama's version of Hitler's SS intelligence service will track these soldiers down. Except for the uniforms there's not much to go on. However, some Democrat soldiers will snitch on and identify them.

The soldiers are to be respected for not wanting to fight on the side of Al Qaeda (Muslim Brotherhood). It would be like Jews in WWII fighting on the side of Nazi Germany against the allies.

Nevertheless, Obama will prevail. He is determined to place America under radical Islamic rule. Therefore, white Christian conservatives in America could keep their noggins and avoid the Sharia lash if they'd go ahead and convert to Islam now and get it over with. Scores of Americans (white Democrats and blacks) everyday have, and are, already converting to Islam.

The more I see and hear and read...the more I fear you are right. Before this Syrian threat began I gave O'bumble the benefit of the doubt but the more I understand the more I fear that his entire goal is to place the USA under Islamic rule.

Obama is entering a conflict on the side of Al-Qaeda. He is commiting treason against America.

America is at war with Al-Qaeda
America declared Jabhat Al-Nusra Front as an Al-Qaeda linked organization
America declared Islamic State in Iraq and Levant as an Al-Qaeda organization

Al-Nusra and ISIS are fighting against the Syrian Army and Bashar al-Assad

The normal person would say : Lets attack Al-Nusra and ISIS + ISiL, because they are al-qaeda.

Obama says : Lets attack Syrian Army and Government Targets

Result : Al-Qaeda takes over Syria.

Does it make any sense? He is commiting treason, and American people should be very much outraged. They should be shocked that US Air Force and Navy would be acting as protectors of al-qaeda and all foreign jihadis in Syria.

 

First thing that crosses my mind is the question of how genuine those pictures are. It could be the same person on each picture.
I can only admire them if it's true. But I'm always skeptical.
However, even though their motivation to reject the idea of military actions in Syria are based on a good reason, there are a few other reasons that are perhaps even better.
For example...simply....the fact that there is no clear and persuasive reason given to go strike the Syrian regime for the moment?
The messages suggest that if it wasn't for AQ they would have no problem obeying eventual orders to strike the Syrian regime...without actually knowing why?

 

Nothing in those photo prove that they are in fact soldier.
Uniforms and fatigues are easy to get and a couple of tree hugger peacenick losers could play dressup for a propaganda photo-op.

 

It doesn't matter. A solider does as he's told. It's the chain of command. And like they say, politics make strange bedfellows. By helping the Syrian rebels, it also gives them a chance to become less extreme, aid the right ones, and you can take them all down. A good example of this would be China in the 1910's. Divided between the republic and various warlords, Jiang Jenshi used the communists to help bring them down, only to betray them. By co-opting those groups, he was able to deal with them, without having to battle them.

 

We support those that kiss our ass or who it is important for us to support to further our interests. Neither is the case and so action will be debated in committee by people that can't decide on anything.

In the meantime, we will pump weapons and supplies to those opposed to Iran.
