These are adults, actual human adults in the United States of America. It's puzzling, it's sad and it's a shame. Reading this article shows the current state of affairs: https://www.newsmax.com/t/newsmax/article/974478

Where's the "racism"? Nowhere, in nowhere in that tweet did the student-president mention race or anything about racism. Bigotry? Nowhere there either. The student-president just highlighted the absurdity of where we've gone as a country.

When I was in the school system, we were told to idolize the police forces, the firefighters the nurses, and doctors. (Frankly, I might've been the only one to idolize the politicians.) But one thing we definitely weren't told to idolize were the criminals.

George Floyd is a criminal, he was a criminal throughout his life and he was a criminal when he died. Should he have died? No, but his sainthood makes a mockery of this country. The same thing can be said for Brooks in Atlanta, trying to make a "loving father" out of a guy with criminal child abuse, is again another absurdity.

They are criminals, stop sanctifying them, stop deifying them. They're criminals. Point stop, end of discussion. Except it's not, so let's address the second point: "Racism". Kids, you don't even know what racism is. You haven't seen it, because my generation didn't see it.

The schools had been integrated nearly completely by 1995-ish. I had more African-American classmates than you can count and yes, I enjoyed learning with them and discussing with them. I can't recount a single racist event honestly in my entire 18 years of educational experience(and none during my college years.)

Let's say there *MUST'VE* been some. Okay, but what you had to deal with was but a small fraction, maybe even less than a fraction of the Greatest Generation. I can tell history class, and even the African-American studies are failing you miserably so let me try to clear some things up for you.

Your grandparents and great grandparents had to fight in TWO major world wars to gain recognition in this country. And even then, we had to go through Jim Crow and the segregation of water fountains. This was REAL racism. White only tables, etc.

It was through absolute violence and chaos, voices unheard that we made it through, muddied as we were but we still made it through. The Civil Rights Act of 1964, later reforms like the Housing Act, etc.

Some of this has been taught to you, but it's not what's taught, it's HOW it was taught. My teachers taught it to me as an accomplishment, to recognize how far we've come. To the extent any of you kids have been taught about it, they taught it to you as a point of anger, to "demand more"(not that you know what more is exactly, which is why you're all over the place.)

It's actually because of what a non-racist country this nation is today, that you have to say things that are utterly absurd on their face, idolize those unworthy of idolizing to try and take the place of the Greatest Generation. You can't.

None of you will be a Rosa Parks, or an MLK. Nor should you have to be. Your movement is built on falsehoods, perpetuating falsehoods, and leading a life of complete disillusionment.

There are no "nooses", there are ropes with a knot tied to the end of the rope. No one wants to hang you(or anybody for that matter), those who do are less racist than they are psychologically insane!

The long-term consequences of living life in disillusion are that you'll never be happy. You'll always see "racism" behind every tree. You'll become the next rioter, the next looter. You'll attack innocent people who did NOTHING to you..... based on the color of their skin.

There's a word we call for that: Racism.

Grow up kids, reject this nonsense that's being excused for "social studies"(it's not if it feeds you a narrative that corrupts your soul). I was your 18-25 year age once, and yeah the propaganda sounds good! It's just propaganda, it's meant to sound good but there's not an ounce of truth in it.
