Facts don't care about your feelings, they remain facts. Kids tend to be more liberal when they are younger and more Conservative when they get older and wiser.

Most of these "kids" are Bernie supporters, so....... I think the point is proven. lol

 

Capable, I agree, but willing is completely different. The majority of young adults are nothing but lazy pot smoking machines. These young kids won’t vote. Hell they won’t even brush their teeth everyday.

My comment wasn't a dis on people younger than 30. It's very factual that the youth are politically educated through social media and actually do little to research themselves. You have to agree, the great majority of young Americans are politically naive, other that what they've been told.

 

Normal, natural political growth is from being a liberal in high school & college, then becoming conservative as someone’s experience and responsibilities increase.

 

The republican party will most likely take a huge hit for this if Trump is not impeached given all that has been presented to the American public. The people aged 18-29 are a lot smarter then many people give them credit for; they are the future of this country and having seen how our politicians on both sides of the floor operate, they realize that to make any positive changes that will impact on their future, they will have to start at the top in Washington, DC. They don't want to be a part of mommy and daddy's party where you march lockstep or suffer the consequences, so look for them to either become democrats or form a third party.

Look for the possibility of both houses of congress coming under control of the democrats in November and if they do, it's quite possible if Trump has been re-elected he'll be impeached a 2nd time and finally removed from office.

 

I’m not talking about the videos, although they are funny. I’m talking about surveys with thousands of respondents. When you get a survey that shows a majority of American young people think we fought France in the Revolutionary War, it scares and saddens me.

 

Does this country have enough tissues, safe spaces, therapy dogs and Play Doh to ease the agony of the Trump haters when Trump isn't removed? Will there be another day of screaming at the sky?

 

And then back to liberal as one realizes just how much conservativism is based upon lies.

Fortunately, we do have enough spaces in the Old Age Homes for the Trumpers to go to after their heads explode when the Great Twitterer loses the election.

 

No one that I know of is holding out any hope any of the Cons in the senate are going to do the right thing. I’m just happy we’re getting a chance to take stock of the presidents misconduct.

 

Show me a survey where the majority of respondents thought that.

Youth requires time and life experiences to learn how to think independently. Time and experience will see most of them eventually grow the hell up. Those are the ones who will become conservatives. Meanwhile they will unthinkingly vote as leftists. That's just the way these things go.

 

I actually went the opposite way. Ann coulter and Ayn Rand used to be my jam.

 

Their entitlement that they have been spoon will probably be the reason they will never have anything they earned on their own.

Yes, Americans are quick to resort to insults and few are willing to show respect to those with opposing views. That is why Trump is the perfect president. He is an accurate reflection of our people. We just don't deserve any better.
