    I doubt that was his motivation or the motivation of any :censored:.

    I've never heard of a sanctuary city health care for illegal immigrants :censored: Be against illegal immigration.

    Apparently he caged them to encourage more illegal immigration if you’re to be believed. Same reason as trump I guess?
