Klobuchar O'Rourke would be a killer ticket.. Klobuchar Flake would freak America out.. "I've got to talk to my family," Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., said the other day. She revealed that her husband learned she was considering her first U.S. Senatebid when he heard it on the radio. "I'm not going to repeat that mistake again," she said at an Axios panel on criminal justice reform.
Pocohantas can't win We can try.. but I don't have faith in any current names I hope Nancy P pisses them off into action Everbody ignores the female wave taking over government
Email Amy... Please tell her you want her to be your President and Make America what it was again https://www.klobuchar.senate.gov/public/email-amy
Who do you see emulating your beloved BLOTUS in the 2020 Dem primaries? Who is a potential Dem candidate who can't stop lying and insulting people like a mean girl at a prom? Which potential Dem candidate is going to alienate minorities and women and yet still win the primary? You must have someone in mind to have come up with that load of nonsense above.
Senator Amy Klobuchar on How Democrats Can Defeat Trump in 2020 https://www.newyorker.com/news/the-...obuchar-trump-2020-kavanaugh-presidential-run Whether we like it or not, the 2020 race for President is on. Would-be candidates are hiring staff, they’re planning trips to Iowa and New Hampshire, they’re making phone calls—for money, of course—and they’re giving interviews. And that’s been keeping the New Yorker staff writer Susan B. Glasser pretty busy. Glasser was on Capitol Hill recently to speak with Amy Klobuchar, who was elected to the Senate, from Minnesota, in 2006. Klobuchar recently made an impression on many observers of the Brett Kavanaughconfirmation hearings, during which she questioned the judge on his early drinking habits, and he answered sharply and then, later, had to apologize. Klobuchar was just reëlected by a wide margin in the midterms, and she’s one of the many Democratic senators considering a run for the Presidency in 2020. ”I do think you want voices from the Midwest,” Klobuchar says, of Democratic efforts to retake the White House. #metoo
But I gotta ask you: Donald Trump obviously isn’t talking to people about rural broadband service, right. You know, he’s not a technocrat. He’s not immersed in the details of policy. Arguably, he’s not even all that ideological, or he has a mishmash of different ideologies. So it’s great that there are issues that appeal to different people, but does that still matter as much in this sort of post-ideological age? I think it matters when someone makes promises and then time goes on and your life hasn’t changed. So I do think it matters. And when you add disruptions in, and chaos, that makes things hard for you. So I think those things matter. But I think what you’re getting at, which is really values, and it is kind of the argument that I feel in rural—and I think helped me to get support—is that you really have to go to the core of what kind of person you want to have in the White House, that your kids watch on TV when they’re learning their civics lesson and the Pledge of Allegiance in first and second grade. The second thing is that Donald Trump just doesn’t talk policies and facts. In fact, he oftentimes gives statements that are completely contrary to the evidence, like what he just said on climate change, when his own Administration predicted dire consequences from climate change. So I think you not just have to meet him with facts, and you certainly don’t want to go down every rabbit hole with him. But we have to meet him with emotion. And it doesn’t have to be negative emotion. It can be positive emotion. So when he starts talking about caravans and mobs and all those things, you know what I say? I say, when I talk to our people about preëxisting conditions, I just don’t use that boring term that a lot of people don’t quite know what it means. I tell the story of a woman coming up to me in a parade with her baby carriage with a kid in it and she says, “You know what? This is my son. I’ll do anything for him in the world. He has Down syndrome. He is a preëxisting condition. This is what a preëxisting condition looks like.” So you say, “You know what, President Trump, really, your Administration is arguing to kick people off their insurance for preëxisting conditions? This is the kid you’re talking about.” So I think it’s very important to respond to him, but to not let it dominate what your own agenda is. Sounds like Amy needs a crash course on Information technology.. She ignored the question about broadband.. Trump just needs to get us of the course to a crash
All great questions and time will bring out their true personalities. Reflect back on Hillary, Wasserman-Schulz, and the DNC stabbing Bernie Freeshit Sanders in the back. Reflect back on the stage with all the Republican candidates jockeying for the nomination. Reflect back and acknowledge Trump was the least probable individual to get the nomination. Compared to all that, this will be ten times the fun. I am not sorry your candidate lost but I am sorry you still cannot get over that fact.
None of the above answers the question that is way too difficult for you. If you believe that what your beloved BLOTUS is doing to hardworking Americans is positive then it is hardly surprising that you can't provide an answer.
Yep.....Bland. Soggy White Bread. No Star power. Kamala will put her in a sleeper hold. You can hear the Millennials now. If its white it aint Right. Best she can hope for is a VP nod and or keeping her Senate Seat. Although in her favor Camile Paglia the Feminist did not trash her along with the rest of the Demo Field.
It's really adorable that even after the 2016 disaster that donk voters think they nominate the demonrat candidate. Gawd, they're dense. THE DONK CANDIDATE IS APPOINTED, NOT ANOINTED.
The most overrated and underrated 2020 Democrats As 2019 begins, here's my highly premature and incomplete handicap of the 2020 primary field, based off the PredictIt prices for who will win at the time of writing. As Vox explains, "The site runs a market on the 2020 racewhere you can buy 'stock' in any candidate, and each share you own of the candidate will pay out a value of $1 if they win the nomination." Based on those prices, writers at Vox put together a list of overrated and overrated candidates. Here are mine, in order of PredictIt prices: 5. Amy Klobuchar. Cost: 11 cents. Verdict: Sell. Klobuchar has low name recognition, no signature policy initiatives, and is infamous for treating her staff poorly (she has the highest turnover rate in Congress). Anything could happen, but 11 cents is clearly too high. https://theweek.com/articles/814715/most-overrated-underrated-2020-democrats
VOTE FOR THE STRAIGHT WHITE GUY. After decades of abuse from my, Democratic Party This Straight White Guy is only voting for Democrats who are, Straight White Guys. Sorry Amy. Hillary and her Democratic Party types who divide kicked out my support for Amy. Rallies held by Democratic Candidates should address all Not just Feminist audiences. Not just Black audiences. Not just LBG-whatevers. . . . Speak to all Americans as Bernie did at every speaking event. Moi
10 cent millionaire zero neurons One can dream.. Biden is a time bomb dinosaur.. I agree now that Bernie is nuts.. but I still think he had good ideas
Klobuchar would be a tough candidate for Trump to deal with. But the bottom line is that the DNC has already figured out who they will turn their money over to. She is not one of the them.
Time to bring back Abbie Hoffman's pig. Two pigs competing for the presidency in 2020 would be a fitting end for our national fiasco.
