In PA, you just walk in, say, "I'm Joe Blow" and they let you vote as Joe Blow. No ID required.

Are you saying that your state requires you to provide ID when you vote?

They just have to say a name. Fascinating.

    Absolutely.
And then they compare the ID to what is in the registration book.

One has to give name, pic ID, and state their address. Then they look up name and compare the address you've given to the address in the registration book.

Doesn't every state have it where each party agrees on how one is determined to be whom they claim they are?

I don't think every state requires people to present identification when voting. PA doesn't.

    What state are you describing?

I think there's something to Bittcoffer's theory, & certainly to the suggestion that others are slow to recognize facts that contradict, " traditional wisdom. " Note, for example, that Pete Buttigeig's self-touted winning coalition will consist of Dems, Independents, &, " future, former- Republicans. " Yet, Trump has a 90% approval rating ( incredible!) among Republican voters, suggesting that there are few stray votes to be corraled by any Democrat.
