Comparing Trump to any Democrat is irrelevant since none has won the nomination yet. I don't know what you're trying to argue here. Oddsmakers think the Democrats are going to win in 2020. The Democrats will probably win in 2020.

If you want a hypothetical matchup, here:
    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/
Trump loses to all of them in Michigan.

Andrew Yang rages against the machines
The presidential candidate says technology is coming for your jobs.

"Technology is, for example, playing a key role in automating away millions of American jobs and our congressional leaders don't understand that fact. Being a truck driver is the most common job in 29 states. There are three and a half million truck drivers, 94 percent male, and if you imagine a technology that disrupts their livelihood, that's going to be catastrophic. Thirty percent of American malls are going to close in the next four years and working as a retail clerk is the No. 1 job in the country."

    :hmm:

I remember the days of the designated coalman on a diesel train. :oldman:

My understanding is the cost of a Raptor or two.

Maybe even a Not At War, War event.
Each magic bomb costs how much to replace?

    What about that,
    eh
    How brainwashed?

It would cost so much compared to what?

Did you see Andrew Yang's CNN Town Hall the other day??? I watched it but missed some parts. Anyway, he seemed new to all this, answering questions that is. Most of the questions he could bounce off of by reciting his platform. But there was a question, I don't remember now, where Andrew Yang was caught off guard and had to improvise.

I saw yang is far behind in funds raised.

How does he plan to address this?

    @US Conservative

I checked out his poll numbers yesterday.
    They are like, "Non Existent".

Somehow he needs to demonstrate his smarts
    via rallies ala Bernie 2016
    and maybe the Internet too
and get some following that shows up in the polls.

Your thread Andrew Yang 2020 was moved to a different forum. Reason: No longer meets the requirements for Current Events/Moved to Elections & Campaigns
Across an immense, unguarded, ethereal border, Canadians, cool and unsympathetic,
regard our America with envious eyes and slowly and surely draw their plans against us.

Andrew Yang needs to get noticed. Then he'll have all the support he needs. No one seems to know him yet. And it's not from a lack of trying on Yang's part. I only found out about Andrew Yang from a YouTube video recommendation, in 2019, I had no clue before that and Yang had been doing plenty of interviews before that.

I think Andrew Yang needs to get some popularity from sharing the debate stage with someone popular. It's a shame no one is paying attention to Yang and he's like 1% popular right now in the polls, I think.

I agree he needs to distinguish himself.

Last polls I saw put Bernie and Kamala up there closer to Biden.

Yang was one of the last in the pack.

And I don't think his numbers will rise because "Mayor Pete" seems to be moving past both Beta and Yang.

I agree he needs to get noticed.

Looking at it from a conservative POV, Trump made a name for himself early in the 2016 primaries out of 17 or 18 candidates.

I first heard of Yang from a Rogan podcast. So on that level its good to get exposure, though I had no idea who he was.

But Rogan is still a very small (but influential) demo.

He needs to get on some late night shows, get in front of some cameras, etc.

Well, Yang has still managed to meet his goals. First that was getting enough donations to get into the first debate. Now he's trying to reach 200,000 donors by the time of the debates, and he has about 100,861 individual donations so far.

Kamala Harris who is 1/2 Indian and 1/2 black-Jamaican basically a Mulatto is doing what Obama did, running as a "African-American."

Kamala Harris roots aren't very deep in America, one generation.

Kamala Harris just released her tax returns for the past ten years.

    $1.9 million last year.

I didn't know selling ones body was so lucrative.

I am of the belief that President Donald J. Trump should seriously consider coopting some aspects of the Andrew Yang campaign...........
I base this essentially on the idea of using the Federal Reserve and / or some variation of the President Lincoln or JFK methods it would be possible to give all three hundred and thirty million Americans perhaps five hundred dollars per month...... unconditionally.......
as a first step toward doing away with the USA welfare system.

Apparently Milton Friedman likeD some variation of that idea so that there would be no need for a welfaRe BUREAUCRACY!
