The only reason that I voted "yes", indicating that I would have like for her to stay on is because, as bad as she was for Germany in a number of ways, she was FAR better than this deranged, collection of hyperliberal morons who make up the new 'coalition' in German government. Merkel's policy of throwing down Germany's borders to welcome in droves of Muslim 'migrants' from the Middle East was absolutely despicable, and a terrible thing to do to Germany. And, on top of that, she presided over a situation in which Germany's armed forces were allowed to deteriorate, shrink, and slowly begin to wither away. In short, she was terrible for Germany, but still better than this laughable pile of crap that has taken over after she left. Auf Wiedersehen, Angela! .
