Another free speech rally tomorrow in Boston, Antifa is on the move

We could have another Charlottesville tomorrow if the police are again told to stand down.

If cities continue to give out permits for this stuff, then in the name of safety they shouldn't give permits to counter protesters and arrest anyone counter protesting and charge them with inciting violence. At the very least, any permits for counter protesting should be issued for a location no where near the main event. This is exactly what the DNC did so there shouldn't be any complaints.

 

Let's hope not.

Our governor and the mayor of Charlottesville were complicit in the death and injuries that occurred at last weekend's protests here in Virginia and both of them should be impeached for their gross, and what appears to be deliberate and premeditated, negligence.

I hope the mayor of Boston and the governor of Massachusetts have learned from their mistakes. The free and lawful exercise of the American's people's civil rights are not a play toy for unscrupulous politicians.

Faine Greenwood and Daniel Scarnecchia, who are the organizers of that event opposing the Nazis and white supremacists, work at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative. They aren't "Antifa". Good grief, Steve.

Isn't opposing fascists by definition anti fascist? If they organized the fascist protest then should they be held responsible for their demonstrators bringing weapons to the 'event?'

Well one thing is certain, the counter protesters don't understand American values like free speech. It is against case law to shut down a protest based on content of speech.

sure they are free to say it, but people are also free to say their bit against it too

once either side starts making death threats or talks of violence though, it has to end, I thought the same under Obama, the violent groups need to be arrested and investigated for inciting violence
