We've heard stories from the left of taking horse dosages of Ivermectin, insinuating that Ivermectin is ONLY for animals (it's not) and now the second "big story" about Ivermectin has been shown false.

The first story from Rolling Stone involved a claim by an apparent doctor that stated an Oklahoma hospital was so inundated with ivermectin poisoning cases that they had to neglect gunshot victims.

Turns out, the hospital had not had a single case of ivermectin poisoning and the doctor had not worked at the hospital for months. But the left ran with it anyway.

In fact, the claim was so widely circulated that the hospital itself actually posted it's own statement showing the claim false.

The latest Ivermectin Bad story - from the AP itself - now claims that 70% of the Tennessee poison control calls were related to ivermectin. Turns out, the actual fact was that only 2% of the calls were about ivermectin and only 70% of those calls were about people who were concerned about taking the vet version. So, in total, only 1.4% of the calls were about taking the livestock version. Wow. The AP issued a "correction", lol. But, damage done.

Promoting a drug that is meant for animals to treat Covid is dangerous. This thread should be in the Conspiracy Forum. I don't give a crap if it's 100 or 100 thousand that it sends to the hospital. It's irresponsible.

Good thing nobody of any noteworthiness is doing that. The left tried to convince people that Fox was doing it, but they weren't. Maybe your claim should be in the Conspiracy Forum.

You are aware that there is a human formulation and dosage of Ivermectin, right? Show us you know what you're talking about.

That's how it's done these day, put out misinformation and net as many as you can, then retract quickly, playing the numbers game at how many suckers miss it and go on believing the lie.. The DNC have mastered this technic ;)

Both sides run with misinformation. Anyone who claims otherwise is a partisan sheep.

How can you state it’s irresponsible when you have more studies on ivermectin’s long term consequences than you do the covid vaccine?

The "partisan sheep" may be the only ones who are still sure there really are two partisan sides.

“[T]he running existential contradictions of D.C., a place where “authenticity and fantasy are close companions”, as the Washington Post’s Henry Allen once wrote. It misses that the city, far from being hopelessly divided, is in fact hopelessly interconnected. It misses the degree to which New Media has democratized the political conversation while accentuating Washington's insular, myopic, and self loving tendencies. It misses, most of all, a full examination of how Washington may not serve the country well but has, in fact, worked splendidly for Washington itself– A city of beautifully busy people constantly writing the story of their own lives.”

On forums like this there seems to be two very distinct sides for majority of people.

    Ain't state corporatism grand? ;-)

“Shortly after the World Health Organization declared Covid-19 a global pandemic on March 11, 2020, markets collapsed and economies around the world plunged into recession.”
“One year later, things couldn’t be more different: a record 493 new billionaires joined the list this year, propelled by a red-hot stock market and unprecedented economic stimulus. Among those newcomers are at least 40 new entrants who draw their fortunes from companies involved in fighting Covid-19. Some, such as Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel and BioNTech cofounder Uğur Şahin, have become household names thanks to the vaccines they helped develop. Others got rich making everything from personal protective equipment and diagnostic tests to antibody treatments and software that helps authorities schedule vaccination campaigns, which will be essential in reopening economies and returning to normal life.”

When did he recommend taking the livestock version of Ivermectin? Do provide a source.

Ivermectin works twice as well if you use it as an enema ( I read that on the internet, so it must be true).

Ok. While I think it's always great to have options...why the hell would you opt for this horse drug over the vaccine?

Yes, political Science pays much better than real science.

Ivermectin was approved for use in humans by the FDA in 1996. Every covid vaccine available has not been approved.

What is irresponsible and down right criminal IMO is that some doctors are either too stupid, too narrow-minded, or too hooked on big pharma kickbacks to recommend drugs that have been proven to alleviate the death-causing effects of covid inflammation. Over a year ago, I had z-packs, dexamethasone (a steroid used to alleviate inflammation, which is what ends up killing covid infected people) and I have ivermectin, which has been shown to reduce replication of the covid virus.....shown over a year ago.

What Joe Rogen just took, I've had for over a year...on the ready. Oxygen level monitoring is the key. It is the indicator of inflammation of the lungs. If you stop the inflammation, you will not die. The virus doesn't kill you, your own body's reaction to it does.

"We report here that Ivermectin, an FDA-approved anti-parasitic previously shown to have broad-spectrum anti-viral activity in vitro, is an inhibitor of the causative virus (SARS-CoV-2), with a single addition to Vero-hSLAM cells 2 h post infection with SARS-CoV-2 able to effect ~5000-fold reduction in viral RNA at 48 h."

    https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0166354220302011

I have just provided more information about the cause of death of covid (and potential treatment) than God Fauci has. Let that sink in.

At least once a year for my entire life, there has been a "miracle cure" for one ailment or the other that appears in this
country. People swear to Buddha that it saved their life because of X,Y, Z ... meaning, "buy it, cause the money you give
me is saving my life ...". But sugar pills are effective 18% of the time, so it's pretty easy to find a couple hundred
people that have a positive reaction (the mind is a powerful thing). That's why scientists use blind studies to get
    a real handle on efficacy.

But I can start an internet rumor that Diet Coke is a cure for Cancer, and 1 month later, you'll be able to find stories
    about Diet Coke curing cancer.

My pops and many others use DMSO for Arthritis! Made popular in and by Californians.. Once regulated and now found everywhere in creams and rubs for humans :)

And if I'm not mistaken MANY of our drugs are tested on Animals, in fact this lovely virus killing everyone was derived from a bat host

    Isn't that fun?
