By bringing his personal politics to work this Santa managed to tear this child's wish's totally up ruining the child's day and pissing off his mom. The incident occurred on Dec. 6 at the shopping mall in Norridge when Sabella DeCarlo took her little boy to see Santa, according to a Facebook post the mother made that has since gone viral. The nervous child worked up the nerve to tell Santa that he wanted a gun, the video showed. “No, I – nope. No guns,” Santa told the child. “A Nerf gun,” his mother clarified for the jolly guy in the red suit. “Nope, not even a Nerf gun,” Santa told the child. The little boy’s head snapped around and he looked at his mother in horror and disbelief, the video showed. His face crumpled and he began to cry, the video showed. His mother went over to him and held him for a moment, but the little boy cried even harder. Mom managed to stay under control and didn't rip Santa a new one. “I had to think fast and explain to him that this Santa was just a helper and not the real guy. I just wanted to console my baby and get him out of there, flipping out on Santa would have only made it worse,” DeCarlo explained. After discovering what happened the mall sent the phony Santa off the unemployment line, after which a real Santa delivered the child's wish to his home. Some people are so heartless and stuck on their political beliefs it isn't funny, I hope the canned Santa gets a Chinese Christmas visit from the Covid-19 Grinch and gets to spend the next 6 weeks in ICU, after which he gets run over by a Reindeer pulling a red sleigh. This is the type of extremist that would love for it to be a crime to own a gun, if you have children. Same type that wants all things Republican to fall under hate speech laws.
There can be no better anti-gun spokesman than Santa! Wishing him ill is not something most defenders of the second amendment would agree with.

We maybe should cut the guy some slack. Its a crummy job and maybe they told him "no guns, weapons, liquor, drugs, power tools, cars, spaceships, divorces undone..." and a long list of no. Simply, it might have been the personnel guy at the mall's instruction, not that guy. Before blaming him personally we need more info. Being a mall Santa isn't exactly a high education and training career profession.
