I predict in aboooout 11, weeks, Lebron will no longer be on the L.A. Lakers' roster... What say you??
Not sure. Some interesting speculation: https://247sports.com/nba/los-angel...akers-what-they-actually-could-get-130296924/
This is not even physically possible, in light of the Lakers' roster. Nope. The money was not the issue, so let's discuss the facts. Every coach this offseason, has been offered 5-yrs so far, but Lakers' offered Tyrone only 3yrs plus they would not let him pick his own coaching staff. That is sickeningly-disrespectful to do, to the coach who won the most impossible championship (2016) in NBA history. Tyrone Lue is a NBA championship coach. The Lakers offered Luke Walton 5yrs and the Lakers offered Monte Williams 5yrs, but they offered Tyrone Lue 3yrs. Luke & Monte both have never won championships as a NBA head coach.
The issue was Lue wanted 5 years, but Lakers only offered him 3 b/c that is the length of what is left on LBJ's Deal. So, in essence, they weren't going to give Lue 2 more years beyond LBJ's current deal. My "Cavs of the West" analogy was simply based around the idea that LBJ would be essentially running the team (just like he ran the Cavs when Lue was coaching there). 2016? Yeah Lue did do the impossible. But, the NBA helped also, by suspending Green for the 5th Game. I really don't think that Lue did anything that special, it was all LeBron (and a little luck).
Lebron is not the only person who wanted Lue as coach. Millions of people want Lue. Have you seen the protest outside of Staples Center today? This was sparked by the debacle of not hiring Lue. This is beyond unfair, to tie Lue to Lebron. Lue is his own coaching force, and his own coaching entity. I am in awe, that you just coSign an unfair action. I hope Ty sues the Lakers and sues you too for attaching his career to another employee's career in that unfair way. This is unheard of! Nope. Green missed one (1) game and the Warriors were still up 3-2 after, I repeat, after Green retuned. The problem here, is that Draymond is darkskinned so he's the villain. Pop Culture duped us into blaming him for Warriors collapse, although Green played like the series MVP in (both) game 6 and game 7. Meanwhile the 2 White guys on the Warriors, get a pass, for being the true culprits for that 2016 loss. The video doesn't lie. Go back, review game 6 and game 7. You'll clearly see how both Klay and Curry chocked, yes, they both looked like NCAA DII players for game 6 and game 7. They are the only reason why the Warriors collapsed in that series, and Draymond had nothing to do with it. Curry and Klay were like two (2) frightened deers, in headlights, when it came to game 6 and game 7.
I doubt Lebron goes. Why trade him with the decent FA market? Lebron is probably choosing his new teammate as we speak.
...hmmmm... perhaps Kyrie might know a lil' bit more than, big media, concerning the future outlook of Durant's injury.
How I wish...... The biggest reason James needed Leonard is that he needed a closer at the end of the game and he's only shown that once in his career and that's game 5 in 2007 vs Detroit.
