Actually if you go back to the original post....there is no paper and you failed to specify micro or macro economics. You still have not stated what type of discussion you're interested in....there are a lot of intelligent people on this forum but no mind readers.

Well, I can see them and they're still working, so I don't know what you're talking about; it may be your browser settings or something. Sometimes some settings block links, for reasons I don't know.

Can't find anything I can edit that would make them more functional.

Ah, another troll who isn't over-endowed with intelligence either. Is this like a club room or something for angry brats?

Yes, it should be illegal for professors to require students buy the prof's books for a class he's teaching himself. but academia is rife with corruption and scam artists, not much call for anybody with character to teach in unis these days.

At some schools, a few anyway, some profs rebel against the textbook ripoffs and just run off their copies on dept. copiers and hand them out; not a s 'nice' as book with bindings but certainly cheaper and just as functional. This was a few years ago, so they've probably put a stop to that, probably.

Ah, I now see how wrong I was; this is real mastermind stuff, it has a chart and everything; those lines, like, go up then down and then back up and stuff, all the way across. Obviously you know what you're doing and all.

I see there's that one really blue line. Are you one of the go-to people the journalist who wrote this article uses when the blue line is in the news?

    Blue Line Jumps 11%

NEW YORK–Excitement swept the financial world Monday, when a blue line jumped more than 11 percent, passing four black horizontal lines as it rose from 367.22 to 408.85.
It was the biggest single-day gain for a blue line since 1994.

"Even if you extend the blue line's big white box back many vertical lines, you won't find a comparably large jump," said Milton Vogel, a senior analyst with Merrill Lynch. "That line just kept going up, up, up."

The blue line, which had been sluggish ever since the red line started pointing down in April, began its rebound with an impressively pointy 7 percent rise Friday. By noon Monday, it had crossed the second horizontal line from the top for the first time since December.

Ecstatic investors are comparing the blue line to the left side of a very tall, steep blue mountain.

op makes a good point. The only issue in economics is capitalism versus libsocialism and few want to discuss it because they feel unqualified to do so .
Instead they fill in with garbage or cut and paste trying to look like they understand economics.
