I've got a run DLL alert pops up and won't go away linked to a malware loaded arcade my grand daughter downloaded. I no longer have the app and the Run DLL keeps telling me that. How do I get rid of it permanently. Please note it doesn't cause problem with other things unless I turn it off/exit.

Try cleaning your registry with CCleaner. Check your computer for malware with Malwarebytes (there's also a free version).

Hmmm. Sounds like a network issue. Try holding Alt+F4. Should reset it

Remember, even if you delete an app, stubs remain, DLL, = dynamic link library, lots of remaining stuff causes errors and conflicts, and some times a registry cleaning is necessary.....

Or take it to Geek Squad and they will fix it in like 20 minutes for 50 bucks.

Or spend 10s of hours figuring it out on your own.
