Owned several pull along campers but the last 5 years or so I have not owned one, Kids grown, Job, empty nest etc. but to say the least it has been miserable not owning a camper for the lets get out of town and disappear for the long weekends or vacation. Sold the motorcycle because of how the freaks pushed me off the roads twice within twelve months.

Mrs Toefoot put her foot down 2 weeks ago, she had been shopping quietly for several months and made her mind up.....

She took me to purchase a camper that in no way I was going to say yes to. The camper commanded a premium for its size but like all good women she approached the debate with facts that most men understand....it is built to last. All the campers we owned was built with cheap materials.

Soooo, off I go to study it, join a forum about it and asked questions. The Beautiful and always classy Mrs Toefoot was correct not only with the camper but our lifestyle now and in the future, she is 7 years older than me and I turned 55 last summer, we as a family throughout the years did a lot of camping starting with just being on the ground, Tents, Popup, pull behinds. Now it is time for Glamping she told me...Glamping as it appears to me is just going to campgrounds with full hookups, wifi and cable.

Again I told her no, I like being out in the mountains with little to no people so Glamping is out.......and again she comes back with facts and educated me that this particular camper comes with solar panels for being out in the woods.

Women understand it is all in the timing and knowing that our 30th Anniversary was at the same time this took place.........without being long winded I and the misses are the owners of a T@B 320S Outback with solar.

The Jeep Wrangler pulls it just fine. This Smallness works for our lifestyle. I am hoping others here can post pics and future trips of state/fedaral land campsites along with boon-docking and sharing ideas be it travel, mods or shooting the breeze. Anyways, look forward to talking with ya.

    Groovy!

I had a 36' Class A for several years. Sold it a couple of years ago, and bought a horse trailer with a small living quarters in it. Probably about the same living space as yours there, only with a full stand-up shower.

I don't have any pictures where I am, but perhaps I'll add some to the thread when I get home this evening.

    Nice thread. :D
