Congressman Denny Heck, a member of the Congressional Intelligence Committee stated on MSNBC this morning that this presidency is possibly the most corrupt administration this country has ever seen. The depth and breadth of the corruption of this administration is astonishing. His administration, his campaign, the inaugural committee, the Trump foundation and the Trump organization....every one of these appears to be under a microscope because of bad behavior and corruption. Nearly everything that Trump and his family is involved in is under criminal investigation.

It's going to come down to this, are you an American that really cares about your country, or aren't you?

Trump is not believed by sane people, and his crazy ideas are being rejected.

And who believes spiritgide's story about the FBI agent and Clinton.

    True.

Probably the same people who believe that "1+1=3" because they read it on some Ludicrous RW Fever Swamp Blog?

It's more accurate to describe this administration as a plutocracy under Trump, not a kleptocracy.

Trump will be a felon in the future, he hasn't been a felon 'yet' because he's been doing his racketeering in New York and bought his way out of any criminal charges. Yes he has, trust me, as a New Yorker I think I know Trump much better than 90% of this country. I've known about him and his families shady dealings for at least 30 years. And, he got away with it like a mob boss. That type of wheeling and dirty dealing works in Manhattan and Palm Beach in the corporate world but it's antithetical to the U.S. government's rule of law.

As the perfect example of what I mean, I will use the exact words of Michael Cohen which says it all.

"I think the pressure of the job is much more than what he thought it was going to be. It's not like the Trump organization where he would bark out orders and people would blindly follow what he wanted done. There's a system here, he doesn't understand the system, and it's sad because the country has never been more divisive."

His administration, his campaign, his business, his foundation, his organization and his transition team are all under investigation. So, yes he will end up with a felony record, and undoubtedly will do some prison time.

The only people who take Trump at his word are, to put it politely, intellectually disconnected in the head. And if that offends anyone reading this, maybe these people need to be offended, and I mean that in the kindest of ways. Mueller has bagged at least 30 people, Russian nationals and Americans alike, and this Maria person who came over from Russia literally pleaded guilty to interfering in the campaign. At this point, to believe anything Trump says, you have to lack critical thinking skills, lack putting the dots together, and not know what's going on around you. And watch Fox News, tons of it. Trump makes the Clinton's look like saints from heaven in comparison.

So, if a Trumpet says, "What crime?"
Answer with, "Have you been keeping up with current events?"

The problem here is that the very mindset you decry is the one you harbor.
Mueller for instance has bagged nothing of any real consequence, and nothing pertinent to the investigation he was charged with doing. Flynn for example- read the reports of how they did this, how absolutely petty the actual offense was, and you see not an investigation, but a search for something to "bag" to make it appear that a legitimate investigation was producing results. We have convictions for falling into perjury traps, for tax issues years old and unrelated to the so-called Russian collusion.... but the only indictments we have in regard to Russians ARE Russians, who are IN Russia, and will never come to arrest or trial.

Mueller has a virtually empty sack, and what he has amount to fodder milled out to get news mention from CNN and cronies. About $30 million bucks worth of nothing, not to mention the impact on the nations focus and stability while this circus has been running.

Because you don't like the part of the news Fox presents, you feed yourself on the CNN diet. That my friend is the exact opposite of critical thinking. You selectively choose what you want to believe, and discredit any evidence that doesn't fit.

Small children and immature adults may think like that, but responsible men and women do not.

It is not his fault. He has a major mental problem. He is a habitual liar. If Mueller ever gets him into an interview...it will be over. I never thought we would have a, so called, president that has no dignity at all, lies at the drop of a hat, and then looks into the camera and denies he lied....even with video proof.

But even more sadly, the 35% cult members following his around, drooling over his idiocy, cannot be convince what a charlatan that he is. They just continue to hump his leg like the mindless pawns that they are...

I agree completely. He is a pathological liar. That's why his attorneys don't want him to talk to Mueller; they know he can't stop himself from lying.

That is just absolutely ludicrous: our country has not been a kleptocracy for a hundred years; in fact, it has never been one. Why do you hate America so much you would destroy it by supporting a mentally ill, wannabe dictator?

And yes, there is no doubt Trump is a felon. You'll soon see, unless you have blinders on.

Witch hunts make witches; they don't *find* them.

This is why witch hunts are so despicable.

Indeed. the key words are: "He can't stop himself" and that makes him mentally unfit for the job..........along with other behavioural issues.
He is quite sociopathic ....... so not sure he even has a conscience as is evidenced by his callous indifference to situations that cry out for at least some compassion and empathy.

Lying ......to him is a "norm". It does not bother him. (cheating does not bother him. raging insults to other leaders and nations .......is just par for the course for him. He has an exaggerated sense of ;entitlement. His main tool is money........ and he uses it as a manipulative tactic. Abusing power is not a concern for him. That makes him "dangerous"..

Our country has ALWAYS been a kleptocracy.

Why do you hate the truth so much that you would attempt to destroy Trump in support of a witch hunt?

The post you quoted does not speak to his sexual or romantic life. Neither did the OP. Why don't you go back and figure out the subject of this discussion.

I think Mueller's sack is getting fuller by the week. Already he has 4 people sentenced to prison, one convicted at trial, seven guilty pleas, 36 entities and people charges and 192 in all criminal counts. And he's only just begun to reveal where his investigation is heading. It's a big net being thrown all around the entire Trump empire.

Anyone that steadfastly remains committed to Trump will probably remain so to the bitter end. This is typical of hard core ideologues. I saw it all during Watergate. There are still hard core Nixon supporters around that deny any wrongdoing. There is no rationalization or logic for this so I have stopped trying. It's best to ignore it and stick to what is currently known in the real world.

Nobody knows the totality of what Mueller has or has not. Given twenty-five indictments, numerous arrests, guilty pleas, prison sentences, and deal making it's a safe bet there is a lot going on under cover of darkness. The right wing ideological belief that "Mueller has nothing" is simply not rational. Things are getting bad and they are going to get a lot worse for the Trump folks before all this is over. Mueller kicked over a log and half of law enforcement is stamping out the bugs.

I've been watching this Trump fella' for forty years and concluded long ago he is a spiteful, crooked, vindictive, egomaniacal little Ba***rd. He's been the black star of the business sector media coverage since the 80's. I have little doubt, nor do most of us in the business community, that Trump has connections to organized crime. The admitted fact he gets most of his financing from shady Russian characters is no surprise. It fits Trump like a glove. Honest business people, much less corporations, wouldn't go near Trump with a HazMat suit.

Trump has more criminal investigations swirling around him than Michael Corleone. There isn't just smoke, the whole house is on fire. Trump Foundation, election violations, payoffs to hookers, multiple charges of conspiracy, obstruction of justice, money laundering, banking violations, fraud, and, soon to come, RICO charges are all on the platter. It's no longer "just" Mueller, it's Washington, Virginia, and the state of New York climbing up his backside. This is the worst state of affairs since Watergate and perhaps worse. A lot worse.

A lifetime of lying, fraud, intimidation, payoffs, and criminal acts are about to come crashing down on Trump and his whole family. By the time this is over, the Trump Brand will be worthless as road kill. This is just my opinion, of course.
