Most of AOC's ignorance is a result of Fake News and bad teachers - common handicaps that can be overcome so long as there is an open mind receptive to correction when confronted by the truth. .

 

Newsflash for ya, Prof...….THE INCUMBENT CONTINUOUSLY GOT RE-ELECTED ON THE SAME LOW VOTER TURN OUT! Look it up if you don't believe me, because the NY Post's reporting is so right wing bias (ever since Murdoch took over) that it's a joke. And Pelosi has NO PULL in NYC other than a commercial or pumping money for an opposing candidate...which ain't happening with local voters since AOC made her bones by ACTUALLY MEETING PEOPLE AND WORKING WITH THEM IN VARIOUS LOCAL DISTRICTS. And platforms such as FaceBook, Twitter, etc. can effectively counter TV ads, don't cha know.

So keep dreaming, son. Reality ain't looking so good for ya! AOC popped the Reagan mythology balloon and you just don't like it....you can factually or logically disprove it, so you just sputter and fume. Carry on.

 

What's stupid is how you keep harping on this "war" you construct out of Fox Noise hype....because it was the LOCAL PEOPLE WHO RAISED HELL WITH THE MAYOR AND GOVERNOR against the on coming gentrification that Amazon was sure to bring. Do some honest research if you don't believe me. AOC did her job by bringing HER CONSTITUENTS concern to the national front. Stay focused.....Reagan keep blathering on about ONE UNIQUE CASE of a career criminal bilking the system.....he used her as an example to "reform" the welfare system, as if this "welfare queen" was the rule and not the exception.

Of course, he didn't use examples that the MAJORITY of welfare recipients are unwed single parent WHITE FEMALES.

That was what Reagan was called on. That is a matter of fact and history, whether you like it or not.

Dude, THAT'S THE FRIGG'IN POINT! Independents vote, more people than usual vote (GOP suppression non-withstanding), so even if you're right and Pelosi puts out the "don't support her" edict, it doesn't guarantee she'll lose her local election. The right wing wonks and punditry are scared s***less of AOC and whom she can inspire to vote/pressure the status quo to stop abiding the BS and straighten up. This is true....it reminds me how the right wing wonks carried on about how Obama wasn't qualified because he was a "community organizer" who only served one term as a senator (they left out 7 years in State legislature, but I digress). Trump has zero record on civil service and gov't service (local or otherwise). Talk about hypocrisy!
