In another thread about how to bring down medical costs, I advise we change our existing training regimen for one of OJT, apprenticeships, labs, online classes, licensing and certification. Another poster writes to the effect that our current system is the best imaginable. I wrote back that it is a factor in the great replacement of Americans. Our young finally start their lives too old and broke to pair up, buy a house and have kids. We're going extinct. Right now, that is thought to be a white problem (or a problem of concern only to white nationalists) but I'd write, it is only easy to tell as white people in the USA are being replaced by non-white people. I warn non-white people that they too will be subject to the same broken system though it may be harder to tell as they will be replaced by other non white people.
