Outside of the world ending--Hillary is a LOCK to be POTUS.

But if you plan on the world ending before Nov.8th, you may have a point.

The most accurate poll is the one conducted on Election Day. I think we both can agree on that.

and the one pollster that has been the most accurate poll in the last three presidential election has Trump up by two
so do you want to continue saying that poll consistently predict the winner?

Me neither. NEVER EVER, in all my years. However, I was called by a pollster today, and I think I see how the polls are faked. The first question I was asked was if I was likely to vote or not. Then I was asked if I would be voting for Trump or Hillary. I said I was voting for Trump. The next question was about some really obscure politicians on the ballot, and which of the two I thought I would associate with jobs, economic growth, social justice etc. I said I was really sure who these people were, and I was told "Thank you for your time." and that was it.

I am sure that my response will now go down as a vote for Trump according to internal polling numbers, but I will not be in the tally that goes to the public. As far as the public is concerned, the call to me was "incomplete". That's how they're manipulating the poll numbers. I would bet money on it.

If there are no "problems" on election day, then I am confident that Trump will win by a wide margin.

Great post. I copied and pasted it into an e-mail update that I got from The Trump campaign.

It seems to me that what you wrote could be useful to them.

This statistic on how many people are attending The Donald's events is
    certainly encouraging.

Interesting. I'm in the same boat as cjm2003ca; never known anyone to be polled.
Can I ask, how do you get phone numbers [is it like, white pages?] and can you give a rough idea of people who happily tell you how they will vote versus people that decline/hang up?

Cool. Whatever I can do to help. I was also thinking the odds of me being called were greatly increased because the pollsters have to call sooooo many more numbers now on account of all the "incomplete" calls they have to pocket in order to get a call that goes in the Hillary column.

Yes... and so many of us have given up our land lines and went merely with
cell phone numbers that we don't give out so readily.

Still the legions of frothing morons in trucker hats show up to his rallies. Really, at this point you have to wonder about their sanity.

It's culture and shared ideology that's to blame. Otherwise sane people think and behave in groups in ways that would otherwise seem insane, because of course there's mutual reinforcement and peer pressure at play.

    Yeah.

And they still believe that the moon is made of green cheese (b/c Trump said so).

Looking through some of the old posts that were brought forward, I'd say that anything you have to say has to be taken with a large grain of salt. Especially when most of what you now post sounds like nothing but sour grapes.

So much tolerance and making of mean spirited generalities. I hope getting that off your chest made you feel better. If not, there is some ice cream and Playdoh awaiting you.

It doesn't make me feel better because so many people were so idiotic as to put a petulant man child into our highest office. It makes me sad that we made a mockery of our democracy.

If you want mean spirited and intolerant, go check out a trump rally. They have the market cornered on those qualities. Tolerance of intolerance is not tolerance.

Ah, but we must always remember what he was running against. It was a lose-lose proposition.
