Too bad so sad. I as a private employee am not about to have who I buy product from, determined by my boss and its none of his business why I buy it, or from whom.

I’m an American and loyal to God and country, this country. That being said I consider myself a friend of and a fan of Israel and back it up by investing in an index ETF of the Israeli stock market. I feel that states and local governments should make participation in BDS impossible by their pensions, investments, employees.

It is a loyalty oath. Only an idiot does not realize that forcing someone to not boycott/protest against Israel is the same thing.

Don't go to work for that company if you don't like their terms of employment. A private employer has a great deal of latitude when establishing terms of employment. Further they can and will track you social media comments. Anti Semitic commentary can be a firing offense at a lot of places. The government not and should interfere with your speech but private individuals and companies are not required to associate with you.

And govt's can extend laws governing the rights of employees that already protect employees who advocate for unionism from termination or reprisal to other forms of political speech. Its only an amendment to civil rights or labor law away! Companies are never required to employ or associate, but they can be fined, sued if they fire an employee for a reason government does not like. There is no right to run a business, let alone run one in a way govt does not like without consequence. The consequence of choosing to no longer to 'associate' with an employee, can be a little harsh at times.

IN this case that isn't going to happen.
