"The Elections Integrity Unit ('Unit') of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office ('AGO') has received hundreds of complaints since Election Day pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County. These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law. Furthermore, statements made by both Chairman Gates and Recorder Richer, along with information Maricopa County released through official modes of communication appear to confirm potential statutory violations of title 16," Brnovich wrote in a letter to Maricopa County Civil Division Chief Thomas Liddy over the weekend.

"According to Maricopa County, at least 60 voting locations had issues related to some ballot-on-demand (BOD) printers having printer configuration settings that were non-uniform, which appeared to have resulted in ballots that were unable to be read by on-site ballot tabulators," he continued. "Based on sworn complaints submitted by election workers employed by Maricopa County, the BOD printers were tested on Monday, November 7 without any apparent problems. Many of those election workers report that despite the successful testing the night before, the tabulators began experiencing problems reading ballots printed by the BOD printers within the first thirty minutes of voting on Tuesday, November 8, 2022."

Maricopa officials maintain they properly handled ballots that could not be tabulated due to broken machines and printer problems by putting them in a lockbox known as "Door 3." Those ballots ended up being mixed with previously counted ballots, making it impossible to know which votes were not tabulated. ...

..."Maricopa County appears to have failed to adhere to the statutory guidelines in segregating, counting, tabulating, tallying, and transporting the 'Door 3' ballots. In fact, Maricopa County has admitted that. in some voting locations, 'Door 3' non-tabulated ballots were commingled with tabulated ballots at the voting location," the letter continues. "Further, we have received a sworn complaint from an election observer indicating that more than 1700 'Door 3' non-tabulated ballots from one voting location were placed in black duffle bags that were intended to be used for tabulated ballots."

Time to have the AZ election declared void due to widespread disfranchisement in one county. Hold a new election in that county to ensure the integrity of the outcome and the correct person was elected. The state legislature should step in or a civil lawsuit be filed

    In previous case

Arizona Supreme Court rejects GOP effort to overturn election results, affirms Biden win in state

The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday affirmed President-elect Joe Biden's victory in Arizona, upholding a lower court's finding that there was no misconduct, fraud or illegal voting in the general election.

The ruling came hours before the so-called "safe harbor" cutoff, a federal deadline by which states must resolve election-related disputes in state courts to guarantee Congress will count their electors' votes.

Arizona Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward had initially filed the challenge in Maricopa County Superior Court, seeking to have a judge void Biden's 10,457-vote win in Arizona. In her claim, she questioned the signature verification process used by Maricopa County to authenticate mail-in ballots, as well as the duplication process election officials used to count ballots that tabulation machines couldn't read.

Ward brought the election contest under a state law that allows voters to dispute certified results if they suspect misconduct, illegal votes or an inaccurate count. But, over a day and a half of testimony and oral arguments, her team failed to prove anything beyond a handful of garden variety mistakes, Superior Court Judge Randall Warner said.

In an order issued Tuesday after Ward appealed to the Arizona Supreme Court, Chief Justice Robert Brutinel agreed...

I think it is pretty clear there has been an inaccurate vote as so many people were unable to vote and then the ballots that were cast but not able to be read could not be read because they got mixed in with already read ballots.

When Lake saw that she was behind Hobbs she had told all her "disenfranchised" voters to check online to see if their ballots were calculated, so where's the proof from these hundreds of people that their ballots weren';t counted?

They have all these sworn statements that ballots were put in bags or mixed in with Box 3s etc. yet no one stopped this process as it was supposedly taking place in all 60 voting venues? lol

As far as Arizona's 2020 election results

Mark Brnovich calls Kari Lake's election fraud claims 'horse----' but is he too late?
Opinion: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich finally calls out Kari Lake and the Trump slate for their election lies. But voters have already been casting ballots for 18 days. Is he too late?

After nearly two years of election audits and investigations – of outright calls by Republicans for arrests and “perp walks” – Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich on Sunday took to “60 Minutes” to acknowledge that he’d found no evidence of a stolen election in 2020.

As for Kari Lake, Mark Finchem, Abe Hamadeh and the rest of the Trump-endorsed candidates whose entire campaigns are based upon a claim that widespread fraud robbed Donald Trump of a win in Arizona?

“Horse----. And that’s what it is,” Brnovich told 60 Minutes’ Scott Pelley. “Most of it’s horse----. And I’ve been trying to scrape – scrape it off my shoes for the last year.”

Brnovich also called Lake’s election denial schtick a “giant grift”.
Cue CBS’ Scott Pelley: “A grift, a swindle, is what you’re saying?”

    Brnovich: “Yes.”

    Wow.

    And … finally.
Brnovich was strong early on. Then he bent

    Welcome back, Mr. Brnovich.

Why are you posting an "uh oh" about a post from several days ago and didn't pay off for her?

How can she now claim all these voting issues with ballots that supposedly made her lose the election when she had the brightest and best attorneys in the nation watching every ballot? (chuckle)

Being inconvenienced does not equate to being denied the right to vote.

If a person is sick or old and wants to vote there are ways for them to accomplish voting.
    Mail in /absentee voting.

This is using the term "disenfranchised "by Kari Lake/ilk to describe all her supporters who were inconvenienced on election day, they were not deprived of voting.

Bottom line in relation to the election results is for them having evidence that people voted and their votes were not counted.
So far that claim has not been part of any lawsuit against Maricopa County.

'Arizona's Cochise County finally certifies its election results after a court order'

"Under a court order, officials in Republican-controlled Cochise County, Ariz., finally certified their local midterm elections results after they missed the state's legal deadline and put more than 47,000 people's votes at risk.

Ruling from the bench at a court hearing on Thursday, Pima County Superior Court Judge Casey McGinley ordered the county's board of supervisors to meet and make the results official by 5 p.m. MT Thursday.

Two members of the board — Ann English, a Democrat, and Peggy Judd, a Republican — then voted to certify, while the board's third member — Tom Crosby, a Republican — did not attend the court-ordered meeting.

The court order came three days after the board's two Republicans voted Monday not to certify the results — despite finding no legitimate problems with the counts — turning a usually uneventful step in the election process into a closely watched controversy. The move prompted multiple lawsuits, including one by the state's secretary of state, who has been waiting for the county's results to proceed with the statewide certification that is legally required to take place next week."

    BREAKING

    BUSINESS
‘False, Misleading’ Accusations: Federal Judge Sanctions Kari Lake For Challenging Arizona’s Voting Procedures

"U.S. District Judge John Tuchi said in his decision that Lake made “false, misleading and unsupported factual assertions” in her initial lawsuit claiming “unauthorized persons” manipulated voting machines during Arizona’s gubernatorial election.

Tuchi cites insufficient evidence supporting any of Lake’s claims, adding the plaintiffs—members of Lake’s election staff in addition to Lake herself—”have voted on paper ballots, contradicting allegations and representations” of statements made by Lake.

Steve Bannon—who served as President Donald Trump’s chief strategist—was not named in the sanctions despite counseling Lake in her bid to contest election results.

Sanctions must be enough to “deter repetition” of similar allegations in the future in addition to the payment of Katie Hobbs’ attorney fees, but it is not yet clear how much Lake will have to pay."

******owitz has not tried a single case in his life. Not one. And, no, being listed as "on the team" isn't trying a case.

Would you hire this clown to try a case? Hell to the no.
