Nope, you can be scared shitless even if it isn't reasonable expectation. His tears or emotion are not a factor. If someone threatens to kill you and then tries to take your rifle then it becomes extremely reasonable.

IMO his tears persuaded the jury that he was a scared child who felt his life was in danger and he needed to defend himself by killing people. It worked, so it was a good strategy to make him testify.

false, the one guy even backed off kyle as thought maybe was not the shooter, then others said it was, he thought he could detain him just cause he had a gun, guns make people feel bigger than they are, that doesn't always end well

they thought they were the good guys trying to stop an active shooter... this is why it's better to call 911 and get video (unless you see them still active shooting, of course)

 

You give me an article about police officers using what they believe to be non-lethal force, stun guns. The decision was based upon these officers acting within the law. Your article does not support your position.

 

This is not credible. The mob was shouting things like "Cranium that boy!" and "get his ass!" while Kyle was running away from them, towards the cops, and not firing his rifle at anyone. None of the Antifa mob believed he was an "active shooter". That was a justification they made up afterwards to explain away their failed attempt to murder Kyle to gullible people like you.
