    GrossKruetz was a convicted felon.
Yes he was until this year when his felony burglary conviction was expunged. Also his second felony dwi charge from a oct 6th 2020 traffic stop was mysteriously dropped 3 days before the rittenhouse trial began.

So at the time of the protest he was a felon and was not legally able to possess a firearm at all.

All his court records are publically available.

I'd ask you to try harder, but your passion for spreading falsehoods just always seems to get in the way

I'll acknowledge your point that it's(currently) only a small group of extreme leftist lunatics that are calling for Rittenhouse's cancelling, but, the problem is that leftist-leaning organizations(and colleges are certainly that) have a habit of bending to the will of fringe groups of radical crazies.

In example- see the DNC, and "the squad".

I'm not on the jury and didn't see that part of the trial. That would have been a good question for the prosecution to ask. Why are you asking me? Are you assuming that the prosecutor didn't do his job? That's a fair assumption since he did such a horrible job.

They tried to kill Kyle 3 times. Why do you suppose they chose him, is it because they were really stupid or just so accustomed to committing felonies that they chose the nearest human NOT lighting things on fire and yelling "shoot me ni@@a"?

The circumstances were nothing alike.. an all black jury let OJ off after he ambushed his ex and her friend. It5 is a very poor comparison.

Again, the defense, from what I can tell, didn't argue that the guy was armed with anything other than a bag of clothes. Instead, they argued that Rittenhouse heard a gunshot from somewhere else and believed that this guy had a gun. Am I wrong?

Regardless, the topic is the school, not the criminal trial. Your claim that it is unconstitutional for the school to take any disciplinary action without a guilty verdict from the courts (i.e. your OP), is Constitutionally illiterate.

A good number of LoFos think Kyle got away with murder, and now they think they should be able to get away with actual murder (as opposed to killing in self -defense)

Two of them tried to disarm him because they knew he killed someone. What caused the confrontation with the first guy, we'll probably never find out. And, unlike RH, he doesn't get a day in court and the benefit of the doubt because he is dead. What is clear, though, is that he didn't kill anyone that day. RH, however, did.

I think the jury did the right thing, they couldn't claim without any doubt that RH didn't act in self defense. I also gave RH the benefit of the doubt that his tears during the trial were genuine. However, his actions at the end of the trial and since make me doubt. He shouldn't have gone on Fox for a advertisement piece when the trial was active. he shouldn't have interviewed with Tucker. He shouldn't have visited Trump. Laying low would have been the smart thing to do. But then, going to a riot with a AR15 at the age of 17 that was obtained through a straw purchase was not smart either. Now, he trying to cash in. We'll see how it works out for him. My guess: He'll run into future problems with gun use, just like Zimmerman did. Time will tell.

so we have the benefit of hindsight but the fact that you are still questioning what would of happened if Kyle did nothing means you are really letting your biased political ideology cloud your judgment or you have no factual information of what happened that night.

So the fact that Rosenbaum said that "if I get you alone I will kill you" and then when Kyle was alone he chased him down and tried to steal his gun. So why do you not believe what Rosenbaum said and literally tried to do?

You realize that Rosenbaum is a child rapist pedophile right? He raped several kids aged 9-11.. this is a very evil violent person, why would you ever give him the benefit of the doubt?

The court found him not guilty. YOU can disagree with that, but in the eyes of the law Kyle and OJ got the same verdict, and therefore they should enjoy the same rights, but both have "social baggage". OJ jury was not all black, and even if they were, to argue they acquitted OJ because he was black would be the same as arguing Kyle was acquitted because he is white.

In my eyes Kyle is.....not guilty. OJ is in prison for other crimes, and obviously the college kids think Kyle might also do something similar to what he did in Kenosha. Zimmerman has been involved in all kinds of shady things after he was found not-guilty.

How do you know this? Did the dead guy tell yoi?

The child rapist? K.R. was able to clearly articulate the threat, as the law requires in a self-defense case.

Yes. Self-defense is a fundamental right in civilized societies going back to the Magna Charta.

Other than your repeated false claim that he unlawfully purchased the rifle, I agree with you. For someone who claims he wants his life to get back to normal, he is not doing a very good job of making it happen.

NO, 2 of them tried to brain him with a skateboard, kick his face off, and the third pulled a pistol on him and testified in court that kyle never pointed the rifle at him until HE pointed the pistol at him, later remarking how he'd wished he would have mag dumped him. big oops for GG, lying to the police and having to admit that in front of everyone.

I'm pretty sure the conversation with the pedo was recorded by more than one person. He was heard on camera telling kyle he'd murder him if he got him alone. the pedo had powder burns from when he grabbed the barrel. both vids tell a really good story if you like stories that end with a pedo lunatic taking one to the dome like I do.

I'll wager he doesn't zimmerman, that guy was a complete ****. he was still in the right and treyvon the saint of patent stupidity is better off where he is. You're right, time will tell if kyle goes on to disappear into history or do something else of note. I can't blame him for meeting trump, even though I think he's a wreched a** I'd probably meet him just for the milk and cookies (booze and sluts) that comes with being around big money.

Pedo's bag didn't contain "clothes". It contained some small bottles. The prosecution's theory of the case was that they were toiletry items from the mental hospital he got out of earlier that day (the defense hinted at, but didn't really argue, that they contained accelerants which Rosenbaum was using to start the fires he lit). And as for "those 2 armed guys were responding to Rittenhouse shooting [Pedo]", neither Lefty nor Huber witnessed Kyle shoot the pedophile.

While the Constitution doesn't have much bearing on state education decisions in general, the school, as a public institution, ought to require itself to have some finding of wrongdoing before expelling a student, and Kyle didn't do anything wrong.

Politically, it would be sheer stupidity for ASU to expel Kyle Rittenhouse. ASU gets a big chunk of funding from the Arizona state legislature, which is currently controlled by Republicans. Kicking out a kid who did nothing wrong, and is something of a cause celebre on the right, just because whiny socialists asked them to could certainly be expected to have reverberations during the legislature's next budget discussion.

Pedo made multiple death threats to Kyle earlier that night. He said "If I catch you alone I'm going to kill you". Then, when he saw him alone, Pedo chased Kyle and lunged for his gun. All of this came out in testimony at trial. What "more info" has come out that made you less certain of Kyle's innocence?

Yes, you are wrong. That's not an argument the defense made at trial. You may be mixing up Pedo (first guy shot - no gun, except for that brief moment where he apparently touched the barrel of Kyle's rifle) and Lefty (last guy shot). Lefty did have a gun. Kyle saw Lefty's gun. Kyle shot Lefty in the arm.

You obviously didn't watch the trial, they most certainly did. If the school takes any action against Kyle they will be on the list that's about to pay him millions for defamation and false claims, it's that simple. The kid has rights, the kid had his day in court, the kid followed the laws of the constitution and Wisconsin, the kid is a normal law abiding 18year old in the eyes of the government and if you impede on those rights you should be sued.

Well, he did hear a shot, which made him spin around to face Rosenbaum (its on tape) and the rest is history.

Wouldn't they.....like.....have to actually defame him first?

If they abuse him in any one of several different ways, he should be able to sue for damages -- actual, punitive, and EXEMPLARY! That could, indeed, be in the millions.

And I would hope that the first thing he would do after receiving his award would be to take delivery on a Buggati Veyron! He's damned sure earned it! :woot:

Please read my post. I'm asking about the first guy shot. Specifically. As I've stated more than once. Why are you so desperate to discuss that topic?
