It's not your business what choices other people make. It's also not your business how other people plan their families.

It's my business because I get sick and ****ing tired of people like you bleating your completely useless bullshit and Americans lose their rights because of it.

It's because of people like you that rights to speech are being destroyed. Right to plan your family. Right to consume medication of my choosing.

People in America on the right and left claim the opposite is the enemy.

    They're wrong.

People like you, with your evil, malevolent religious control schemes, are the enemy of american freedom and liberty.

It's EVERYONE'S business when American citizens are under attack by those who want to take away their rights....

There's nothing in the Constitution that says citizenship doesn't start before birth.

If she doesn't want the baby she can adopt.

By all means, I hope she would plan.
But once the other entity has already come into being, it's too late to "plan" it out of existence. Whether that be a toddler, or a 20-week-old fetus.

Conjoined twins don't have that right.

How duplicitous your side is! I bet that's not your opinion when it comes to other issues.

No, but intelligence and common sense says it starts after birth.

OK, if you think the fetus is a legal citizen then it can be arrested and charge with assault, torture, grievous bodily harm and then tried and jailed....

If the woman dies in pregnancy the fetus is charged with murder....

How does that work in your little Fantasy Land ...

Yeah, but couldn’t the woman just tell no one, have the abortion, and then phone the man afterwards and say, “Hey, I just had an abortion; what do you want to do with the remains?”

She could, but a woman pregnant with a baby who secretly gives birth could do the same thing. Isn't that true?

Anyway, the law is more than just about defining punishments, it's also about setting down guidelines for what people's rights are. (or what their rights should be, you could rather say)

Your answer says nothing at all about the effectiveness of this law.

At the very least, the woman knows the father should be offered a chance to have some input.

Yeah, but I didn’t see anything the OP where you first described the law that would indicate she must discuss the matter with the father before having an abortion.

Question: If the woman is overseas and gives birth by Cesarean-section, and instead of delivering the baby, the doctor steals the baby right out of the womb, and the woman never sees it again, has that doctor committed an offense against a citizen of the country from which the mother is from?

:roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol:Of course that has nothing to do with the post of mine you quoted.....and you never did admit to "misrepresenting" what I posted but I'll answer your question:

Ye, he committed an offense against the woman, she IS the citizen of the country she's from …..:roflol::roflol:

Now can you surprise me and make some connection between yet another of your bizarre scenarios and a woman's right to her own body?

How would the woman's rights have been violated in that case? (Remember, she did consent to surgical removal of the fetus)
You're not arguing that she owns the child, are you? (a child that you're arguing is a non-citizen at the time it was in her)

    Okay

A woman is four weeks pregnant and takes mifepristone. Aborts at home and it really is just a heavy menstruation

Are you going to cremate the sanitary pad?

How do you know it's just a heavy menstruation? Have you actually watched it on line or seen it in person? I find it hard to believe that is all it is. Babies start developing limbs and body parts by 4 weeks old....

My sperm is my own and if it gets another woman pregnant you can be sure I want a say in what happens to MY child as I helped create it. Do I not have rights too?

Seven and a half weeks now look at the Carnegie stages above and I think you will find that the first picture in the second link in particular does not fit the supposed stage. The second picture is far more realistic

There is a company online that makes plastic images of miscarried "babies" that look at LOT alike that picture

So you think she owns the kid? Even outside the womb.
