Arkansas is a backward state that produces people like Bill Clinton. When I was in the service we went to Fort Chaffee for training. At the end of the training we were allowed to go off base that night before we left. Since I was the only one in my unit that was not a NCO I stayed back. After a hour everyone came back and I asked them why they are back so soon. They said that the police told them when the sun sets they need to be back on base. This is not new.
