And, without an official warning towards the CSTO, as a result of internal intrigues and personal vendetta, you accuse the CSTO valid Secretary-General, Colonel-General Yuri Khachaturov, once and for all, striking off military and political cooperation with the CSTO, the only guarantor of Armenia's external security and the Armenian people, which enjoys international prestige, and the centuries-old friendship with the fraternal Christian Russian people, the Russian Federation, the founder of the CSTO, while only supporting NATO, which is an enemy in the military-political field for the independent Republic of Armenia and for many countries on the planet Earth. If you were really worried about the external security of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people, you would also be concerned about maintaining the international authority of the CSTO ensuring the external security of the Republic of Armenia, so you were obligated very quickly, diplomatically, nonpublic, making impossible so that the CSTO leadership replaced the CSTO Secretary-General Yuri Khachaturov, and only after that charge him without undermining the international authority of the CSTO. But you did not. This means that you, preparing in advance, under the cover of the name of Yuri Khachaturov, have publicly performed a clear action: defame the CSTO, which has become, I repeat, a horror for NATO. Do you really think that as a result of clearly ordered programs for the destruction of the state, you have the right and can turn the upside down 26-year glorious history of independent Armenia and the main achievement in its history — the glorious Artsakh heroic struggle, and destroy the honest, faithful and true friendship and cooperation of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people with both the Russian Federation and the CSTO? Of course, you can not! The "Armenian Eagles.
