    Oh, I must have touched a sensitive area. Let’s change the subject from child molestation in Protestant Christian fundamentalist churches to old-fashioned sadism with an emphasis on Christian education.

    The Christian Fascists are all in for replacing American public schools with private Christian schools to teach Free Market ideology and Randian psychopathic egoism plus a dash of self-righteous bigotry. We already seen the investment pay off in Washington D.C.

    Speaking of investment in Christian education, what do you need for open a private Christian Academy in Christian America?
    • Teachers like Know County, Florida Mr. and Miss John Dollar.
    • A school like the Mountain View Christian Academy in Knox County.
    • Certification as a teacher.
    And you need to following essential educational motivational tools:
    1. Electric cattle prods
    2. pliers
    3. vise
    4. hammer
    5. chains
    Why pliers? As a disciplinary method by pulling the children’s toenails out as Brother John Dollar did. The same with vises and cattle prods. Brother John and Linda would starve and lock children into a closet. The Christian couple had adopted seven children: 14-year-old twin boys, two girls ages 12 and 13, and the 16-year-old. Police reported that “Their adopted 16-year-old son weighed 59 pounds when hospitalized Jan. 21 in Citrus County, which started an investigation, officials said. Twin boys, 14, subsequently were found to weigh 36 and 38 pounds. Two girls, 13 and 12, also were severely undernourished.”

    No, you set off a BS detector.

    Yup, the more kids out of the government run monopoly the better, you know, the ones teaching socialism and deviancy. BTW, home school kids score better than public school ones.

    For all your examples, I could probably come up with 10 similar stories from public school personnel. What would that prove? Is this another stunt where you try to smear Christianity by highlighting people who ignore Christ's teachings?

    Executive committee of the South Carolina Republican Party and a member of the Christian Coalition, Beverly Russell, raped Susan Smith at 15.

    There is crime in every sector of society. However, you would expect public religious leaders to live the religious life that they want to enforce by legislation on to others. Beverly Russell was a Republican leader in South Carolina and was in Pat Robertson's Christian Coalition. I don't remember this connection getting much coverage from the media. This also means that Susan Smith was raised in an upper middle-class "Christian" family by one of the most famous Conservative Christian fundamentalist leaders in the country. These types of stories are very common among Christian religious leaders.

    Susan Smith, upset over an ended love affair, drowned her two children by driving her van into a lake and then claimed a "Black man" did it. Republican Christian Newt Gingrich then tried to use the FAKE STORY TO START A RACE WAR AND USE AS A NATIONAL CAMPAIGN ISSUE.

    From the above article, "Susan Smith attempted suicide at age 13, and at age 15 told authorities that her stepdad had been sexually molesting her for at least a year. Her mother helped talk her out of pursuing charges against Russell. (At age 18, she attempted suicide again.)...The murder trial revealed that he [Russell] was still having sex with his stepdaughter as recently as two months before she killed her kids."

    This means that Beverly Russell was still molesting Susan Smith while she was married with two children and in an affair with yet another man.

    The levels of hypocrisy in this story of "Christian" America is astounding. On record is Gingrich lamenting the American "sick society." America is sick from Christian Fascism as Gingrich and Beverly Russell rape and fornicated their way to National leadership while preaching the Christian Prosperity Gospel.

    And former POTUS Bill Clinton raped several people, and his wife went after the victims. What does that prove?

    I don't, and Christians have the same rights to be involved in public policy issues as anyone else. ALL laws are an imposition of somebody's morals.

    The really aren't, committed Christians have lower rates of these bad behaviors than others. By that I mean divorce, drug use, lifespan, etc.

    Where did Jesus say to do that?

    Pssst, the atheist Stalin killed tens of millions. Very common among Communist, atheist leaders. Atheism wasn't the sole reason for their crimes, but it was a necessary one.

    It demonstrates the mind-boggling hypocrisy of the so-called “Christian Coalition” and Christian Right leaders. The list of scandals is endless! It shows that American Fascist movements are using Christianity as a proxy to gain political power and it has worked.

    What is nice about strawman arguments is you can construct a weak argument and knock it down. And it is easy to argue tautologies…because all violations of law is illegal.

    Is this a statistic or an article of faith? If one wants to approach it as a ratio statistic of 1:800 (or 1 minister to 800 child victims in the Leyva case) include the collateral damage that a religious leader can do.

    Where he said to pretend to be a Self Righteous Christian and help the fascists take control of the nation and the churches.

    Stalin was in the Christian ministry studying to be a priest when he as a young man. Atheism is very common among Hindus, Buddhism, and some sects of Christianity. Ernst Bloch's negative theology wrote: "Only an atheist can be a good Christian; only a Christian can be a good atheist." But this might be incomprehensible to you.

    If atheism is necessary for such a crime of mass murder (∀x)(Mx ⊃ Ax) as with Stalin, then how do we explain the millions of dead in the various Christian Inquisitions in history? The American/Contra Inquisition of Christian Catholics in Latin America resulted in about 250,000 victims of death squads. Many of these victims were professing Christian Catholics. They were tortured and buried in mass graves. Reagan/Bush had the support of American Christians Conservatives. So we have a case of (∃x)[(Cx * Mx * ~Ax)] “Some Contras that murdered were not atheists” so that we have (∃x)(Mx * ~Ax) “Some mass murders that are not atheists.”

    1. (∀x)(Mx ⊃ Ax)

    2. (∃x)[Sx * (Mx * Ax)]

    3. Sy * My * Ay
    [Rule EI,premise 2]

    4. My ⊃ Ay
    [Rule UI, 1.]

    5. My
    [Rule Simplification, 3.]

    6. Ay
    [Rule Modus Ponens, 4, 5.]

    7. (∃x)[(Cx * Mx * ~Ax)]
    Added premise (“Some Contras that committed mass murder were not atheists”).

    8. Cy * My * ~Ay
    [Rule EI, 7.]

    9. My * ~Ay
    [Rule Simplification, 8.]

    10. Therefore: (∃x)(Mx * ~Ax)
    [Rule EG, 9.]

    The proposition (∀x)(Mx ⊃ Ax) is the contradiction of (∃x)(Mx * ~Ax) or to say another way, The proposition “All mass murders are atheists” is the contradiction of “Some mass murders are not atheists.”

    Definitions:

    X = Variable

    Y = Unknown

    M = Commit mass murder

    A = Atheist

    S = Stalin

    C = Contras

    (∀x) = For all x

    (∃x) = For some x

    ⊃ = If, then conditional

    ~ = not

    * = and

    Don't you know that there was no one on the planet named "Jesus" until about 1632 A.D.?

    Oligarch and fake Neo-fascist Christian Os Guinness pretends that he is unhappy with the state of Christendom today. Mr. Os Guinness is publicly displaying fake outrage in an articleThe Church Today in Cultural Captivity hypocritically saying, “The church in the U.S. is strong numerically, but weak because it is worldly. The church in America is in the world and of the world; and as a result, it is in profound cultural captivity.”

    But wait! Both the Christianity Today article and the Wiki article do not mention Guinness’s fascist background. Guinness is a distant relative of the Guinness Beer Empire in Dublin and is the Judas that welcomed in the NeoFascist Christian Fundamentalist Prosperity Gospel Cult as they infiltrated American churches in the early 1970s. During the late 1960s, Guinness was a leader at the L'Abri Fellowship community in Switzerland which was a originating point of the American Anti-abortion movement that later bombed abortion clinics and assassinated a number of doctors whose names were posted online marked for death. L’Abri is an evangelical organization founded by Francis Schaeffer in 1955. Francis Schaeffer’s son, Frank Schaeffer has since blown the whistle (note 25 minute mark) on how Neo-fascists infiltrated American Christian Churches.

    Frank Schaeffer is a very interesting writer and has profound views on Christian fascism. He authored the book, “Why I am an Atheist Who Believes in God.” Why didn’t he use the word, “Non-Theist” in his title instead of “Atheist?” It reinforces the atheist and theistic binary positions. The father, Francis Schaeffer, was the first systematic Christian theologian I read. Francis was wrong on almost everything in philosophy.

    I wonder what Frank Schaeffer thinks of Guinness because we cannot depend on “Christianity Today” to tell the whole truth.

    So the very person that helped bring us Christian Fascism, Market nihilism, Christian terrorism, and Mega-Church corporate prosperity gospel are now the voices of moral outrage! They are the fathers that killed the prophets and built their tombs as stage props for Mega Church profit mongering.

    …Woe unto you! for ye build the tombs of the prophets, and your fathers killed them. So ye are witnesses and consent unto the works of your fathers: for they killed them, and ye build their tombs” (Luke 11:46)

    Another fabrication, Guinness has never described himself as a fundamentalist, or a prosperity gospel proponent.

    Having read most of his books and heard him speak, I couldn't disagree more.

    But we can depend on your for that? Seriously?

    You live in a world of kooks. So Schaeffer was a fascist, I'm sure that's what all the communists say. Os Guinness wrote a wonderful review of Frank's lie-packed book "Crazy for God", https://www.booksandculture.com/articles/2008/marapr/1.32.html?paging=off

    "But neglect and guilt are not the deepest explanation. The real truth is that Franky, as he then called himself, was spoiled. He was more like a poster child for Benjamin Spock than the son of "fundamentalist missionaries." Having been born well after his sisters, and having survived polio as a child, he was rarely challenged, disciplined, or denied. As a result, he grew up a "little Napoleon," as some of the L'Abri students called him."

    Franky's portrayal of his dad is, let us say, at variance with just about everyone involved in L'Abri. His theological views seem to be ever changing, but for the most part stages on the road to unbelief. Jesus predicted his type in the parable of the sower.

    Here's the Wikipedia entry for Os Guinness, funny they forget to include he's a 'fascist', LOL.

    Thanks for that link to Guinness' book review; however, Frank has admitted to being immature as a young man and appears to be self-critical to a fault in his older years. He has many video interviews that bares this out. I knew I got Guinness right as a mountebank. A really nasty man.

    So what one book did Francis Scheaffer write that addressed all three subjects of metaphysics, epistemology, and ethics?

    If Guinness is right, it is Frank who is the really nasty man.

    Most of which I can agree with but let’s focus on the core psychological meaning and power of raising the young to worship a Father in heaven who tortures his own son ( who is actually himself if you swallow trinitarian theology) to redeem sins he knew we’d commit (omniscience) by giving our species free will.

    Yes. And by the way, we notice you avoid addressing the sadistic nature of a creator possessed of omniscience who knowingly creats his own and our suffering. Something very, very unhealthy about that.

    I don't believe in that kind of God either, the one you have grossly misrepresented.

    God wants a voluntary love relationship with mankind, would you want to marry someone who only 'loved' you because you forced or blackmailed her? The Bible has been described as the story of a rejected God who wouldn't go away.

    Would you want to marry a woman who told you to love her or burn for eternity?

    Not much of a choice if you ask me.

    A better analogy would be God offering a cure to a woman with terminal cancer.

    Okay...lets explore that one then since you do not like the obvious one I presented. How many cancer cures has it presented?

    In the case of God's offer of salvation, everyone that accepts it.

    Not everyone who is lost is aware of it, just like not everyone who has cancer is aware of it.

    It was 360 years when Christianity was finally recognized as an official religion by the Emperor Constantine and the persecution, which had been ongoing with each successive emperor finally stopped. The martyrdom was horrendous, and only surpassed by the Bolshevik (Lenin and Trotsky) revolution of the last century.

    Saint Constantine called an Ecumenical Council at Nicaea of all the Christian bishops in the world and they established a Creed so as to eliminate the heresies which were rampant at time.

    John Paul II experienced communism during his life, and knew the atrocities that were committed against Christians in the Soviet Union especially by Lenin. He couldn't see things otherwise. He feared the rise of communism in S. America.

    As for Liberation Theology, it's a nice social and political movement but it has nothing to do with Christian Theology. Our Theology is based on the writings of enlightened 'Glorified Saints' that had experienced God, not by those who can only speak of God. Big difference!

    Anyway I disagree that the so called Liberation Theology might have bettered the situation in S. America. The only thing that would have bettered it was the US - but Kissinger preferred trading with China to keep it alienated from the USSR.
