Not many people are following news in Africa.... I'll post this here anyway since there are a lot going on in Africa, particularly in the Sahel. Nigeria 110 school girls still missing after capture by Boko Haram last month, terrorists from Uganda killed 15 UN peacekeepers in the DRP Congo in I think December, the huge bombing in Mogadishu that killed over 500 people last year.... .... and in West Africa this attack in Burkina Faso on the French Embassy. France have I believe about 3000 troops in Mali to help stabilise the region that are coming increasingly under attack from Al Qaeda, ISIS and other terrorist groups.
