The Left has been crying over this almost nonstop. In fact, they have been in complete turmoil since Nov. 2016 when Trump secured the Presidency. Patrisan attacks, ANTIFA, college professors, media outlets have been launching outright assaults and attacks on a scale we haven't seen in a long time. The crying is endless. My advice to them: Get over it already. Stop crying and causing violence. Move on.

It doesn't really surprise or alarm me that our current president is willing to say these kinds of outrageous things. He's an idiot, and that's his forte. What scares me is the number of people who are willing to regurgitate the same nonsense in the same idiotic fashion.

The history books are full of accounts of assassinations and coups that did not involve armed conflict -- but 'only' lies, deceit, total corruption, and sabotage. So investigating the president for potential wrongdoing is now a coup? If they had falsified the — currently unreleased — report to impeach him you would have touched on what a coup could entail but simply investigating him is not a coup attempt. I guess that does match up with y’all believing he is above the law however. He isn’t.
VIPS, a group of retired intel people, mostly liberal democrats, said it looked like a soft coup, early in 2017. Given they are more learned and experienced and understand the system better than some partisan hack, I have to be open to the possibility instead of calling it some conspiracy theory, tin foil hattery like some have done here. Yet those same kind of minds believed our gov't, the lies that took us into Iraq, so not like they are credible people and worthy of consideration. I will stick with the non partisan experts like VIPS instead of the possible conspirators, and partisans hacks, given that is the intelligent thing to do.

If big bankers are too big to jail, so are the people who ran this soft coup. It would threaten this nation. It would not threaten the republic, for we no longer have one, but it would threaten whatever form of gov't we currently live under.
I think Barr is furious over this, he doesn't have a high opinion of Democrats who started this coup and he'll make them pay.
