I have stayed away from this topic because I remember the Duke Lacrosse men getting ran through the mud over false allegations, but this lawyer sounds like he means it. I guess we will find out soon enough if BK is actually a scumbag or not.

Third Kavanaugh accuser, a former US Mint employee, '100 percent credible,' Avenatti says

Well, if it's credible and within the statue of limitations you can feel free to submit the accusation to whatever PD the alleged event resided in and press criminal charges.

I mean, it *does* raise to the level of criminality right? Oh, and its so convenient that he doesn't name his client and that his client will come forth "in 48 hours". Why not now, Mr. Avenatti?

So the foolish attorney claims anyway. This is the same guy who had improper access to classified information(regarding Michael Cohen) and he's still walking a free man. If you want an example of America's two-way justice system, Michael Avenatti is your dude.

Anyone notice all these women coming forward are about stuff that supposedly happened 36 years ago? If kavanaugh was truly a rapist/sex fiend I doubt he would have grown out of it after college. Wheres the more recent accusations? Hell what about one from the 90s for a change?

Let me get this straight, sexual harassment survivors are totally credible, Benghazi survivors are not. Good night, Gracie.

Why do people act like they care about Kavanaugh? No one even heard his name before Trump nominated him. Its starting to look like Trump and a lot of other people were wrong about BK. I like Trump, but if this guy is some sort of reprobate in disguise, he should not be confirmed and it won't bother me the least bit. Trump can nominate someone else, or wait until after November. Whatever. I know it will get done, whether its BK or someone else.

Should have nominated Amy Barrett. If she raped a man he'd rightfully go to prison for taking up her time.

    Avanstti is an ambulance chaser.

That said, if she is willing to risk security clearances over this and basically put her professional life on the line.....that's a helluva lot more serious then the other ridiculousness.

Avenatti is the go to because he is shrewd. Everything he predicted about Michael Cohen was spot on and came to pass.

We presume that Avanatti is telling the truth. And given that he won't give the name and the whole "She's going to risk her life" hyperbole....Believe at our own risk.

“literally risk her life’’ OP first post. One of the common denominators of all claims is over the top hyperbole. Which I'm guessing these idiots think strengthen the case.

I know. Good observation. All those troops lied about Hillary. And she replied? Who cares.

He couldn't find anyone at the FBI who would claim the same?

Oh wait, they have all been reassigned or fired... And they had top security clearances as well !!!

Another highly regarded professional who said nothing while the real hearings were being conducted? Impressive !!

So my next question becomes, how good was the offer and what offshore bank was involved?

I don't. However, I do care about corruption of the judicial confirmation process. How about you?
Even if that were true, so what?
Not to anyone with a lick of sense, it isn't.

Trump knows **** from shinola. Kavanaugh's name was given to him by the Federalist Society and he obeyed because there is something in it for him as well...
