"Michael Bromwich said in emails sent Tuesday afternoon that he was requesting access for three “robocams,” three specific wire services, photographers from the Associated Press, Reuters and one unspecified service, and a pool reporter for newspapers and magazines. In a follow-up email he specified that the robocams should be operated by “the CSPAN TV pool,” and said he also wanted space for a radio reporter.

One reason that so many on social media find his plausible is that Avenatti did make his Twitter account PRIVATE this morning. I noticed it myself. It’s been private all day.

Intelligence is an arbitrary concept. Yes they and their lawyers are smart enough to know the FBI holds no jurisdiction over,at most, a misdemeanor committed in a local jurisdiction. No complaint has been filed in either case. Local authorities are not going to investigate an accusation unless a complaint is filed.
Ask yourself why no complaint has been filed. Even now. No complaint. Ask yourself. If Ford, her attorneys and the democrats want an investigation why has no one even mentioned filing an official complaint. These people are all lawyers. They know what is required. They also ‘now their minions aren’t that smart.

 

Only if there is evidence. Have we as a nation done away with "innocent until proven guilty"? Does it now only take an allegation to make a man guilty?

 

For the left it is all about the court of public opinion and they don't want an actual court trial where actual evidence is produced and cross examination is allowed. In a real trial it takes more than just accusations to win a case and the left knows this.

 

How long before the 4th and 5th are pulled out of the woodwork? Wait until it is claimed that Kavanaugh hired the prostitute that urinated on the bed in the Russian hotel. That'll get the Dems in a frenzy!

Michael Avenatti's alleged domestic violence victim claims they had an argument that turned violent -- with him being verbally and physically abusive -- and now she has a restraining order against him.

The woman, Mareli Miniutti, says she and Avenatti were in the master bedroom of their apartment arguing about money on November 13, when he called her an "ungrateful f**king bitch" ... according to docs. She says he followed her into a guest bedroom while verbally berating her and hitting her "forcefully" in the face with pillows. She claims he said, "Do not disrespect me. You don't get to sleep in my house tonight."

In the docs, Mareli says Avenatti grabbed her by her wrist and pulled her off of the bed in the guest bedroom -- and when she escaped his grasp, she started texting a friend. She claims he grabbed the phone out of her hand ... and started screaming for help out of a window.

Mareli says, in the docs, this was the second time Avenatti was physically violent toward her. She claims the first time was in February ... when he pushed her out of the apartment into the hallway where she struck her head against a neighbor's door ... and threw her shoes at her. She also claims he has a history of being "verbally abusive and financially controlling."

According to the restraining order, Avenatti must stay 100 yards away from Mareli and have no contact of any sort with her. A hearing is scheduled for next month.​
