They all did, not too long ago (mid 1990s) France blew them up in the most beautiful parts in the world, for testing of course. They all did. Yes I see NK as a threat to, but we should remember that the only country ever used them in war times was the US (not that it was necessary, the war was reaching its end anyway-WW2). Should be at least pushing non proliferation. Conservatives are always trying to align with the big boys. All it is are attempts at political capital in the laziest and cheapest form. They have become a sit on your hands and do nothing party to the point that they should disgust all Aussies.
