So now we have Bernie running along with several radical left wing socialist. Be forewarned that this little more than a huge political bait and switch movement to communism.

The bait------------free schidt. The lazy back sliding drones in society want something for nothing, in other words--------free schidt. And you know they will vote for the socialist that promise them what they want. Then as soon as enough of these leftist get into government we have--------------the switch. They vote into law communism where huge government effectively makes the masses slaves. Oh-------------and only the radical left wing socialist that engineered this bait and switch will live high on the hog.

You are right lets take away free socialist schidt already out there beginning with social security and medicare. I am retired and paid into both but get neither let those on social security go back to work and not sit around and do nothing.

 

So, to be clear, universal healthcare, high taxes on the rich, strong regulations, and a strong welfare state are socialism, advocates for them are socialists, and countries with those policies implemented are socialist, yes?

Cool, so I can start pointing to European states as examples of places where socialism works and has led to prosperity.

 

Socialism always is prosperous to start out with.

That is it's allure.

But socialism is not an ideology, it is a stepping stone to something else as Marx explained very well.

It's a tool used by fascists or communists.

Name one society that started with socialism and made it work over the long haul without changing into something evil.

A few decades doesn't count because this is a process.

We've already seen Venezuela, Cuba, Greece...and many other nations, more vulnerable, fall to it.

It doesn't work.

The white nations are doing ok so far but even they are beginning to strain.

 

Except not all socialism is Marxism and not all socialists see socialism as any kind of stepping stone.

No....they are far less free, and close to socialist...but not purely. They are a major receipt for socialism and of course economic failure. Look for example to nations that have adopted those sort of things, or even states...look at NY for example who's run out the rich and businesses? look at how Sweden has moved from Govt run SS to private. Look at how nation's that have adopted Govt run healthcare have had to have major reforms...look at our own Govt run healthcare with the VA and the horrors during the Obama admin

Many people who oppose socialism's free stuff only oppose the free stuff they don't get. Example if you are on medicare how can you oppose medicaid?
