It's interesting that Bannon had just dismissed the white nationalists at the center of the violent protests in Charlotte as a "fringe element," "losers," and a "collection of clowns."

Others just call them "Trump's base."

In any event, he'll now be sniping from outside the White House at the folks who are still in it - for however long they remain there.

 

I think that no matter what happens, good or bad, the Trump haters will still hate, and people's opinions of most things will not change. I think that all the bickering, slander and argument about language and such is doing far more damage than Bannon or the supremacists or anything else. Hate and hating hate is becoming an acceptable practice, so long as you hate only what I hate. if you hate something or someone else, you are the scum of the earth and should be exiled.

While all these righteous haters dominate the social environment, nobody's driving the bus. After it goes over the cliff- they will still be oblivious to the role they played, and blame others- and hate will continue. It's like watching a bunch of third graders in a playground brawl- but with weapons and power.

A nation can't hope for an honorable government if the people themselves abandon personal responsibility, honor, maturity and self-discipline.
As Pogo said- "We have met the enemy, and he is us".... but most people don't understand that.

 

Who is next on the list for crybaby anti trumpers to whine about.

 

Except the "whining" isn't what got Bannon fired. Why don't you address the merit whether he should have been fired in the first place.

I admire Bannon for letting his stance be known, and I actually agreed with a vast majority of it. Including hesitation on the NK Problem. The mythology behind Bannon, was not anywhere close to the real human.
