Yes, I want Reagan back. Obama is a disaster.

    Reagan ended the cold war.

Reagan was a President. Obama is not, although he is occupying Pennsylvania Avenue.

Somehow I admire your unshakable faith. But I am unable to debate with those who rely on faith alone because a two-way dialogue is impossible as we can see in this quote of yours.

I prefer a reasoned response using real facts, such as in these graphs of annual debt creation responsibility.

Ronnie and the GOPs who followed him have proved over and over that they have the fiscal discipline of women in a shoe shop holding an Asian credit card.
And Ronnie started the addictive habit that has ruined the US for your grandchildren and beyond.

Yup, with that distressing list of the disasters of the 1980s in an earlier post of mine, Nancy and her husband sure proved proved Ronnie to be right.

Once again your version of 'history' is clouded by your GOP-style nationalism.

The rest of the world knows that Gorbachev played by far the greatest role in ending the cold war as a result of his 'perestroika' and 'glasnost' initiatives. Even Willy Brandt with his "Ost-politiek' did more than Reagan. Only a right of right wing 'Murkan would have been so biased as to have written that quote ... AND believed it.

By your reasoning, Obama is a complete disaster then.

I still would love a Reagan back in office.

And yet, the statues in places like Warsaw saluting the men who ended the Cold War include the local heroes and Reagan, not Gorbachev.

I don't see the Soviet flag in the background, either. Imagine that.

Nevertheless, thanks for sharing your own clouded version of "history", klipkap. It's always entertaining to hear the bleating of the Leftist Illiterati abroad...
