"Appearance of culpability" is not enough to prosecute, something more is needed.

Sorry but if you haven't figured out by now that Muellers job did not include indicting the President then you are totally oblivious to fact.

Wrong. Suggest you make an effort to understand the impeachment criteria and process.

Your inability to read and comprehend is not my problem. And just so you know the Mueller report cited ten potential cases of obstruction of justice which of course the lickspittle Senate will never actually consider.

    I read your specious statement

with the up most comprehension of just how fallacious it was. And speak for yourself don't proclaim to speak for "we".

No charges of obstruction of justice, nothing that find the charging criteria for an obstruction of justice, no justice obstructed, no crime to obstruct. The Senate has no basis for an impeachment for obstruction but then the Democrats have already said obstruction of justice even including perjury are not impeachable offenses or grounds for removal.

Criminal prosecution and impeachment are two totally different things.

True, you have to impeach a President before he is prosecuted federally....that's why Clinton was impeached, because the Starr Report recommended criminal charges. That's also why Nancy P won't impeach...because there is not enough evidence to support criminal charges

I think this is probably correct, but neither have any justification for impeachment, at least constitutionally.
