Listening to Bend Shapiro and Mark Levin I heard them argue that what Joe Biden did was not sexual Harassment. Certainly it was not sexual assault but to claim it is not Harassment is to show ignorance of what Harassment is. In my book, arguing that Joe did not harass these children is equivalent to condoning these actions. I used to think Shapiro had a strong and moral character but today my views of him have been strongly damaged and that is unfortunate. Adults need to take some responsibility in standing up for themselves, communicating, and setting boundaries with others. If a grown woman or man fails to communicate these boundaries I can give the offending party the benefit of the doubt. However, children are not, nor should they, be held to this standard. Children cannot be expected to be able to communicate these boundaries. It is up to us adults to identify them and set them accordingly. It is also up to all of us to ensure that we identity adults and confront adults like Joe Biden who fail to observe these boundaries.
