Wrong. They are unionized workers and should be getting time and a half for everything over 40 hrs/week.

They'll show up to a rally but it will be rigged and they will all have to go home.

Funny how this works when you don't want to spend your own money.

Bernie is in trouble before even one single primary vote has been cast.

Warren is the next one who should have to answer why she isn't paying 15 dollars either.

He says his wages are "competitive"...

Does that mean the other democrats are paying their staffs "poverty wages"?

No media will check that but if it was true-what does that make these top dems?

    Oh the irony and hypocrisy!

I have to say I'm not at all surprised coming from this CON MAN. Like a true socialist he has no problem spending OTHER people's money but his ideals get tossed to the wayside when it's HIS finances involved.

Another fact showing his hypocrisy and true communist advocacy is the fact he has zero problem with himself being rich and a millionaire but bad mouths all others who are.

And then there was that land deal his wife was involved in concerning possible bank fraud. Oh sure, she's supposedly been cleared of all charges but so was Hillary Clinton and all other lefty politicians regarding every nefarious act they've committed.

But many supporters will ignore these things to hopefully benefit from the freebie programs which even Bernie con man Sanders knows are completely unsustainable that will financially destroy America.

hich he a wife himself is on the offers unsustainable programs that he himself refuses

My opinion is that his campaign is a front to fund raise for progressive PACs that will primary moderate Democrats with radicals like AOC. When he drops out, and he will drop out, he can technically give every last cent to PACs of his choosing that can then spend it on anything they wish including kicking it back to Sen Sanders in the form of contract consultation, speaking events, even a book deal or other promotion. I'll have to wait a good while to find out if I'm right but if I could lay money on this theory I would.

I think getting caught not paying his workers the $15 bucks he demands that other employers pay is going to help him not get elected

He chooses not to pay $15 per hour.

But advocates a law that forces others to pay it.

Bernie is the quintessential con man type. Proof of this is his, do as I say, not as I do approach to wealth which is complete hypocrisy. He has no problem feeling that he himself being a millionaire is perfectly acceptable while badmouthing others saying they should spread their wealth around.

He also complains that people making less than $15 an hour are getting poverty wages yet he only pays his staff $13.

Bernie Sanders defends staff pay after complaints his campaign isn't paying $15 an hour

Oh he defend not doing what he says he will force others to do. Liberals and socialist are always exempted from there own rules.

""It does bother me that people are going outside of the process and going to the media," he said. "That is really not acceptable. It is really not what labor negotiations are about, and it's improper."

He also said: "We are disappointed that some individuals have decided to damage the integrity of these efforts. We are involved in negotiations. And some are individuals that have decided to damage the integrity of that process before they were concluded.""

Now isn't that rich he wants to gag order his employees when he would've the first to have employees from Walmart testify before Congress about their pay and compensation. And why does it take a union contract to force him to pay the $15 and hour?

Business costs are a real thing, and when business costs increase Bernie has to do just like everyone else by making some changes:

Scramble to eliminate certain aspects of a business such as no longer competing in an area that was low profit or just breaking even and laying off the people working in that segment, and maybe laying off some people who indirectly support that segment of the business.

    Cut wages.

    Cut hours.

    Cut sick leave.

    Cut vacations.

    Cut medical benefits.

Raise prices of your goods and services.

Turn the thermostat way up on a 112 deg. heat index day and way down in winter

    No more Christmas bonuses.

Drop out from supporting local charities and the United Way.

One way or another something is going to change.

Because the balance sheet speaks the truth.
