What 'ethnic cleansing'? People of different ethnicities already live together now in Israel.

But the Arabs weren't happy with the 1967 border. Why would they accept them now?

Israel is now a nuclear power and facts on the ground have changed significantly.

the Arabs now understand that the 1967 borders is the most they can ever expect to get.

that's why Jordan and Egypt signed a peace treaty. They had a moment of clarrity

Well until Hamas and other Jew haters have similar 'moments of clarity', and publicly announce them, then nothing will change.

It's not as if Israel has offered anything at this point and Netanyahu sounds as belligerent about it now as he did 6 years ago when Obama pitched the 1967 borders.

Israel flat out stated they think it's a smoke screen, and if Palestine truly wanted peace they would stop digging tunnels and stop training children to kill people in Israel. They also are pretty pissy about Hama not wanting to recognize Israels right to exist.

That's really blunt talk, almost petulant

So for that very reason I am going to say that there is going to be a deal. I smell an opening. Hamas's new charter softening verbiage about Jews is key, as is disavowing kinda the Muslim Brotherhood

I think Trump will negotiate this where Obama couldn't to where Hamas will recognize Israels right to exist in some way that Netanyahu can sell it back home, then maybe some small land swap changes? Nothing too much and the deal goes through along the 1967 lines

This in the end is a real estate business deal with alot of geopolitical red tape.

My question is.. What will Israel want from us to sign off on it?

    Poor Iran..

Why should they give up any part of Israel? It was the Jews who made Israel what it is today while the Arabs would still be living in tents had the west not discovered oil for them. Just look what they did to Gaza in 2005.
