    Used to watch South park and I've seen the movie. The others I've never got into and I've seen thousands of Simpsons episodes.

    Simpsons was hilarious but it jumped the shark for me ~ season 10

    For me Futurama played like a proper sitcom rather than an animated show which gave it a lot of hidden depth.

    King of the hill was also ridiculously good because it was so subtle. Mike Judge is excellent.

    Both of those are great, archer is ok but I wouldn't put it on my list. To many bad episodes.

    Simpsons lost its' edginess similar to SNL

    South Park found theirs again in more recent episodes.
    Seems to have recovered from Trump victory.

    Archer is funny for less then a minute then becomes, stale. So stale.

    Futurama is worthy of consideration. Love the billboard for "Bachelor Chow"
    in the opening.


    So It is South Park, today.

    I got my fill of animation at around age nine. But I have enjoyed a few animated movies since then, like Ice Age and the Jungle Book.

    There hasn't been a funny animated TV show since The Tick in the 1990s. South Park is disgusting and vile.

    If you have some time on your hands, I recommend the foreign but dialogue-free animated series, Oscar's Oasis. You can watch it on YouTube. Not terribly funny but it has its moments, and it's mesmerizing to watch. Hearkens back to the golden age of animation, when the animators would tell a complete story in 7-9 minutes.

    Mostly its about shelf life. The Simpsons was great, for many years actually, but after a point, it gets stale, Family Guy was great in the first few years, but that style gets stale as well. Right now I voted only for Archer, because that show was so politically incorrect when it came out, and its still good in my eyes. Of course this is just my opinion...

    I am a big South Park fan but I think the show is getting stale. I didn't really care for this season. In my opinion the best animated TV series right now is Rick and Morty. It is fresh and hilarious.
