    Biden appointee Rachel Levine becomes the first transgender four-star officer as she is sworn in as admiral of the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps

    A President Joe Biden appointee became the nation's first transgender four-star admiral when she was sworn in to lead the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps on Tuesday.

    Admiral Rachel Levine will serve as head of the USPHS along while maintaining her position as Assistant Secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which made her the nation's highest-ranking transgender official.

    China must be rolling on the floor laughing about this.

    They are launching supersonic missiles into low earth orbit while Biden appoints trannies to high office.

    The irony is this guy wants us to accept him for "who he is" when he couldn't even accept himself.

    Granted this isn't a military combat appointment (though that might terrify our enemies) but I'm sure Biden will go there too.

    I have no issue with transgenders achieving high positions they are qualified for. In the case of public health, this is clearly someone known for making unhealthy choices.
