What ban, and in which ruling did the USSC uphold it?
    "All bearable arms"
That is, those "in common use" for "traditionally lawful purposes".
    Like the AR15, et al.

The racial disparity in crime statistics has as much to do with racism as the disparity between men and women has to do with sexism. Absolutely nothing.

We are following the Constitution. It is the Constitution that gives each state 2 Senators regardless of their population.

The Constitution doesnt set the number of representatives. How are we not following the Constitution?

It was designed to be a representative body for the people — it no longer serves that function

It serves the same function. No contradiction between the constitution and the current house of representatives.

When it was designed to be a representative body for the people and some states receive half the representation that others do — it no longer serves it intended purpose.

What nonsense. A representative government is going to give twice as much representation to a state with twice the population. What YOU allege is in violation of the Constitution is what is actually REQUIRED by the constitution

That isn’t what is happening though — I am talking about per capita they receive twice the representation.

Look up the number of House members that represent each state and then the number of people they represent. It isn’t even remotely equal.

It is good to see you admit that is what should be happening and what is required. Let’s see if you backtrack when you see the actual numbers.

Nonsense. The US Constitution doesnt require equal per capita representation.
