It is fascinating to observe the sheer deserpation of the Trump rump.

Biden is popular and is implementing policies that even some Republican voters like. He has restored steady, competent government and he doesn't degrade the office of the President on a daily basis. Worse, thanks to Trump's post-election tantrum there is very little Republicans can do about it before November 2022.

So what do they do? Ramp the hysteria up to 11. Problem is that its all talking in circles. The mud isn't sticking. No one cares about Hunter. Joe Biden isn't seen as 'anti-American' or 'racist' or 'senile' or any of the other stuff desperately being thrown at him. All this does is push the GOP into ever more extreme territory. Just what Joe wants.

 

He tanked the economy Real GDP decreased 3.5 percent in 2020, increased unemployment, lost over 2 million jobs, dropped the LFPR, and you Anti-Americans call that great strides.

I am a conservative so I get most sources that I trust but do read others to know what the other side is thinking/ doing. I simply find MBFC to be a ridiculously biased place. They are what some use as a crutch to discriminate against and content control sources and viewpoints they don’t like. I’m just glad this site doesn’t use the bs that Emanates from them. MBFC has no redeeming value whatsoever.

 

Exactly. MBFC even has a bragging section of all the suckers out there who use their “services” for their own purposes. It’s simply a site that targets populist conservatives, evangelical Christians, free market low tax economics, and science sites that don’t believe in man caused global warming climate change or evolution for abuse. Everything I believe in politically, economics, science, and religion would make me questionable or conspiracy or pseudoscience according to them and I don’t care. They also mimic the lame SPLC hate list which includes a whole bunch of mainstream conservative and religious groups I like. If I were an internet web site, I’d be off their charts as untouchable and I’m proud of it.

 

I just watched a movie called Songbird this evening and it totally reminded me of what Biden and several blue state governors and blue city mayors would do to us if only they could.

Obviously your a conservative, but conservative or 'liberal' the the wider the variety of sources you read the better informed your are the more able you are to determine fact from propaganda. I'm a centrist, be that as it may I never take any one source as 'gospel 'and read both 'left' and 'right'. Not only do I get a take on both sides of the argument but I get a better 'fact check' that way. Also just because a source leans to the left or right doesn't means ALL of its articles sections aren't worth reading. Ignore the politics.

Take the NYT for example, which is largely anathema to many on the 'right' because of what is perceived to be its largely left wing (or a least anti-Trumpist ) political stance. Fair enough, but some of their 'long reads' on topics which have nothing to do with politics are both interesting and informative. Same of right wing media/publications. Rule I learned long ago - if you want to stay informed - read widely and read often.

While I disagree with Biden’s plan to ban assault weapons, he in no way is trying to overturn the 2nd Amendment. I know this because he, in fact, doesn’t have the authority to overturn 2A. It’s astounding you don’t know this.
